A pleasant stay but with a few minor disappointments.

Good staff, comfortable beds, good bathroom with excellent spa bath.

Difficult location, far from public transport - a lot of money spent on taxis. Restaurant food not great. Had a lot of problem with noise from other guests which ruined my stay (not the hotel's fault, but they also didn't do much about it).

No restaurant nearby and the hotel’s restaurant was closed during our short stay, but plenty of grocery stores nearby (reachable by car)

Clean, comfortable, friendly and accommodating staff. Parking was great and getting here from Venice was easy. They offer a free shuttle to the metro within a limited time schedule. First shuttle leaves at 10:20 and runs every 2 hours.

Location is a 15 minute drive to the metro and nothing, like cafes or shopping, is within walking distance.

Comfortable hotel, but not close to central Milan

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. We booked it to attend a Bruce Springsteen concert at the San Siro (about 4km away) so the location was very good for that. There was either a local bus or a free hotel shuttle between the hotel and the metro station every hour. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, but the breakfast buffet on offer was excellent value

The location of the hotel was not suited for people planning to see the sites of central Milan. It is more suited to people arriving by car, as it was on the edge of Milan, near major roads. However, as we were travelling by train, getting to the hotel from Milan Centrale was very expensive by taxi. It would have been very useful if the hotel had informed us in advance that there was a shuttle bus from the nearest Metro station to the hotel as that would have saved us an expensive taxi ride.

Nice peaceful place to be.... car parked exactly near the back door of our room.... nice garden and well kept.

The check out time is at 11am.... at least 12 .... I know that one can stay for more and pay extra but 11am.i think it's a bit early.

Whirlpool is very good, and only positive thing in Hotel.

1. The room was full of fly, so full that it was almost impossible to be inside, flys were also in restaurant when we had breakfast and dinner. It was not pleasant to eat with so many bugs. 2. Room was poor, no glass to drink in room, No bathrobe, what is to expect from hotel . Especially if we have room with jacuzzi. 3 no coffee maschine in room. 4. No “ do not disturb “ sign in room 5. If I am in Italy in 4 star hotel I expect to have opportunity to drink real espresso coffee for breakfast, but there was just American coffee in big thermo bottle. 6. For dinner we have ordered 2 steaks, but after taking order they had just one. 7.I asked can we check in between 10-11 am. They said yes but I need to pay 30€ more, but they took 40€.

Disappointing

The room was ok. I liked the bath.

The breakfast was terrible. No eggs, no slami, no bread (and if there was bread it was dry), no coffee. We had to order coffee twice, becouse they keeped forggeting it. There was no tables left at the breakfast room so we had to go eat to another room. The room is not sound isolated, you can hear everything and everyone. We had to pay extra for parking 10€ a day. The location of the hotel is terrible. If you are coming to Milano i don't recommend this hotel.

Not so great for 4 star hotel

Tried calling the staff to inform them about late arrival and check in (Check in allowed till 00:00 as per Hotel) but the hotel manager just answered the calls 3 times and cut it when I started speaking in English. Breakfast was all inclusive but the hotel staff said they will charge additional for a second cappuccino. Later on the hotel manager apologized and said the staff didn’t know the policy.
