The hotel was clean and cozy, I also availed of the breakfast which was very tasty and good value for money.
The restaurant also operates on limited hours, leaving room service as the only alternative outside those times. Unfortunately, room service only offered a smaller menu and also prosecco or rosé by the bottle rather than by the glass, which was disappointing as I did not want to purchase an entire bottle.
Additionally, the bar facilities are very limited. There is only a small bar in the reception lounge area with seating suitable for just two people at the counter, and there is no comfortable lounge space to relax or unwind. As a result, we often ended up going back to our room instead of staying in the bar area.
Although the hotel advertises a shuttle service from Bisceglie, the property feels quite isolated. The shuttle is scheduled to run only once an hour and, at certain times, did not operate at all, which was very inconvenient. When we raised this with reception, we were offered a taxi instead at a cost of €15, which we ended up getting charged €25 for a 6 min drive - defeating the purpose of having a supposedly complimentary shuttle service.

Everything, the garage in front of the room, the staff was kind and proffesional and present 24/7, the room was clean and very beautiful and the spa tub was heaven.
No restaurant nearby and the hotel’s restaurant was closed during our short stay, but plenty of grocery stores nearby (reachable by car)

Good staff, comfortable beds, good bathroom with excellent spa bath.
Difficult location, far from public transport - a lot of money spent on taxis. Restaurant food not great. Had a lot of problem with noise from other guests which ruined my stay (not the hotel's fault, but they also didn't do much about it).
