Superb stay, great staff and good food

Everything. The staff were helpful, room comfortable, good gym. Two restaurants on site: an excellent Argentinian restaurant and a very good Italian. Brilliant service. Inside breakfast buffet was a bit cramped but the choice and quality was very good. Would definitely stay again. Recommended.

Nice accommodation with beautiful pool

The pool, large room, very spacious. Comfortable bed.

Hotel was seriously busy with a conference, people everywhere, on driveway, entrance, taking all the seats in the restaurant. Was quite intimidating arriving to this. A heads up would have been nice so expectations were met.

We loved it and will eventually come back

First of all I would like to thank the Front Desk for helping me with my room change. Very friendly, helping and understanding. The two rooms we had were very good and we loved the stay. The rooms are very calm no matter wich side the are on. The breakfast is of suberb quality and quantity. we loved the pool as a refresher in the afternoon. we used the gym too, all good here. Carparking is also good. and in 10 minutes you are in milano center.

well the guests in the next room. the were smoking all time long in there room and the smoke did got drawn in through the conneting doors to my room. therefore I had to change rooms.

Awesome experience

Staff is really friendly, in particular I would like to remark Anna who is in the breakfast area, she is super! The hotel is really good, comfortable, nearby San Siro Stadium. Swimming pool area is very nice.

There are a lot of mosquitos in the swimming pool area, but if you ask staff will bring something to make mosquitos to go away. In general the hotel and staff is awesome.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast and location.

25 euro per day for the underground parking, but you can’t book a spot in advance. Our bed was a pull-down so there was a hole where our heads were. No mosquito net on the window.

Incredible stay

The staff were very professional and friendly. Alessandra hope am saying her name correctly from Silene Bar and restaurant was exceptional. She made our stay extra special . And the extra cake for my daughter’s pre 18th birthday was a cherry on top.

Great hotel for San Siro visit

Location perfect for a concert at the San Siro stadium. Public transport into central Milan is fine, once get used to it. Bus stop right outside the hotel and then metro. Can use tap and pay so easy. Pool area is great. Plenty of loungers, bean bags and pool towels. The Argentine restaurant is fabulous, amazing food and service, highly recommend eating here. Reception also helpful, especially Leonardo. Air conditioning good and rooms very comfortable. Huge comfortable bed. Breakfast good, although best get there earlier for best choice. Staff worked very hard to get everyone seated. Overall, highly recommend especially if going to the San Siro.

The free shuttle bus service seemed a good idea but the booking "system" doesn't really work, as it seems to get overbooked! There are only 7 seats. Very frustrating and best not rely on it! Mini bar and pool bar drinks expensive but couldn't resist an Aperol by the pool. Italian restaurant also seemed expensive, esp compared to the Argentine restaurant.

Unfortunately an unpleasant stay

The location is ok, as well as the forniture of the hall, the breakfast was ok and the room as well even if you can clearly see that it's not new, very comfortable bed. The receptionists were nice, however I had to pay 10€ for 1 packet of the chips from the minibar and I also had to pay the entire stay in cash because they had problems with the pos.

Dirty moquette, hot minibar, super small and extremely crowded pool, no room service, terrible, expensive and almost inedible lunch at Silene's restaurant and rude waiters. It is supposed to be a high end hotel but at 12:20 of the night I came back from an event, it was extremely hot so I went to the bar and asked for a fresh bottle of water and something small to eat, like chips I said; there were still waiters around and other people drinking, I had to wait a while and at the end I received a hot bottle of water and some bad looks. (Other consumers were complaining as well). It's a bummer because the structure is ok, except for the pool, but these things ruined the experience.

Didn’t get the chance to try the Argentinian restaurant, because it is only open for dinner on the weekdays.
