La mancanza dell’aria condizionata

Our room was clean and spacious and once we arrived at the Therme spa it was really large and well equipped.

The bathroom was really tired and dated. We reserved a table for an evening meal, through their system and received confirmation. For some reason they didn't have it when we arrived and we were made to feel like we were a nuisance by 2 members of staff. We even had to ask for a food menu - which was extortionately priced for what people were receiving and in the end we left to go to the restaurant across the road. It was a really snotty and unpleasant experience. The Therme spa is lovely but you have to walk through underground tunnels through a car park for a good 5-10 mins to get there, and it's used by lots of other hotels. Some parts of the hotel are really lovely and modern such as the bar, but other parts are worn and tired. Having visited lots of places during our trip this hotel was definitely overpriced in comparison.

Beim Abendessen wurden wir wohl freundlich bedient, jedoch unprofessionell. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass das Personal sich überfordert war, obwohl praktisch keine Gäste mehr waren. Der Barbereich war schlecht, der Barkeeper erschien uns nicht kompetent.
