Offered everything a traveller needs. The room was small but had a desk, room for luggage and a robe, the bathroom was spacious and had great lighting.

My room's window was on the road side, and since there is no A/C, I Had to keep the window open, this brought all the outside noise in the room. Make sure to choose a room facing the other side 😁

A good stay in a lovely single room which wasn't the double I had booked and paid for.

The food in the restaurant was tasty - I had the vegetarian yellow curry, which I would recommend, and the breakfast was good the next morning. The (deluxe?) single room I had was comfortable with a good view - it just wasn't the double room I had booked and been charged for. TIP - if you are travelling by train and need a taxi, book it before you arrive. I had to walk to the hotel in the snow with my case.

The attitude with which I was informed that I was getting a single room rather than the double I had booked. The attitude was that it had a bed that was bigger than a normal single (which it was), so that would be fine, and they didn't have any double rooms anyway.

Perfect location to visit Herren- and Fraueninsel. A must-do-it-again & stay longer experience!

perfect location to go to Herrenchiemsee and Fraueninsel. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast. The hotel was busy but quiet. Staff was welcoming and helpful, especially at the front desk. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, practical sitting area.

the only very minor thing was the shower door not shutting completely.

Didn't meet my expectations.

Breakfast was good - wide choice of everything. Location is just great - close to the lake, little old-fashioned train which goes all the way to the train station.

I could hear everything (!) what happened in the staircase. I could not sleep all night because all the time someone was coming back to the hotel from the street. Also the view from the balcony was to the restaurant. There was no quietness in that room. There is nobody sitting in reception, so you have to go to the restaurant and wait until someone will come to you.

Das Frühstück war gut, reichhaltig und vielfältig. Das Zimmer war geräumig und mit Balkon ausgestattet. Die Lage nahe See könnte nicht günstiger sein.

Die Dusche könnte großflächiger sein, denn nicht alle Gäste haben eine schlanke Figur.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel: sehr freundliches Personal, gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Das Zimmer hatte zu zwei Seiten einen Balkon mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeit. Ruhige Lage direkt am wunderschönen Chiemsee. Das Restaurant und Cafe ist sehr zu empfehlen!! Sehr gutes Frühstück, Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.
