Value for money. A place we would return in the future.

Locationwise very quiet and offering a nice view. Everything was well prepared upon arrival including a secured covered carpark and carrying our printed name as designator on the wall. Keys for the room were readily prepared for pick up at the reception desk. The room itself was very spacious with a kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom was comfortable with all necessary facilities. The bed was king size and comfortable. The room provided a seating area with a sofa and a huge balcony.

Breakfast with limited options and only pork available. Tables were small and the atmosphere in the breakfast room felt a bit awkward. The lady at the reception was not really friendly.

The coffee machine is not clean. Cloudy and impure water comes out. The kitchen is unclean. old freezer. The breakfast could be a little better, in terms of the choice of salami and there are no eggs or bacon. No slippers

The hotel went out of their way to accommodate an unexpectedly late check-in. The room was luxurious. Breakfast was excellent. Close to the train station.

Great value in a great location

The location is great - so much to do in the pretty villages and the countryside. The staff here were very polite, and though there are no extras like a sauna or pool or bar, there is a very pleasant breakfast room with a good selection of cereals, baked goods, yogurts, etc etc. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. The bathroom had been recently renovated and looked quite modern. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Sadly, the mattresses sagged in the middle, so the beds weren't so comfortable to sleep in. We'd read this on another review and unfortunately have to confirm it.

The breakfast was good, with enough choices available. The room was better than expected with a great bed and a nice view from the balcony. Even cushions were supplied for the chairs on the balcony, very good.

A genuine Bavarian hospitality!

Very nice, modern and comfortable hotel offering great views (from room’s balcony) into beautiful nature and lakes. But I was especially impressed with genuine hospitality of the owner and entire hotel’s team. While staying, I felt like being hosted by very close and dear friends. Big THANKS for two days at Simsseeblick!

Tolles Haus, top Lage, freundliches Personal

Wir waren zwei Nächte untergebracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Bei der späten Ankunft war unser Zimmerschlüssel mit Infozettel hinterlegt. Im Zimmer dann ein Begrüßungsschreiben, die Gästekarte und zu unserer Überraschung, wegen Nikolaus, eine süße Schokoladen Überraschung. Zimmer, Frühstück, Personal alles top. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Das Bett war für uns etwas zu hart. Das ist aber Ansichtssache.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Ein wirklich großes Zimmer mit großem Balkon, Gastgeber und Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage zur Therme genial und sehr ruhig und viel Natur. Auch mit unseren beiden Hunden war es kein Problem, es war schön viel Platz. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, wenn es etwas wärmer ist.

Wir kommen wieder, aber bitte nur ein Zimmer mit renoviertem Bad.

Sehr schöner Ausblick, riesiger Balkon, gutes Frühstück, Appartement war sehr groß. Kapselmaschine im Zimmer vorhanden.

sehr veraltetes Bad, Dusche sehr abgenutzt und mit schwarzen Flecken. Unter dem Bett war der Teppich sehr staubig, es wird anscheinend nur bis zur Bettkante gesaugt. Sonnenschirm am Balkon war komplett kaputt.

Leider hat die Unterkunft nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprochen

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon im Frühstückszimmer auf dem man morgens zum Frühstück sehr schön sitzt. Allerdings gibt es nur 2 Tische mit je 2 Plätzen. Da heißt es morgens schnell sein....

Ich hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig (Hundegebell etc.) und auf dem Balkon des Zimmers war an Ruhe nicht zu denken. (Laute Musik, englische Videospiele). Nachdem ich bei dem Eigentümer angerufen habe und um Intervention gebeten habe wurde es etwas besser. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt. Schimmel in der Dusche, Die Stühle auf dem Balkon waren einmal weiß und die Polster müssten auch einmal ersetzt werden, die Bodenleisten in dem Zimmer fehlen komplett.

Der vorhandene Garagenplatz, die Lage mit Blick auf den Simssee, die Freundlichkeit und Umsichtigkeit des Servicepersonals, die Zimmergröße

Im Zimmer ist kein Safe vorhanden, die Reinigung der Dusche fand unregelmäßig statt, die Duschkabinenwände waren voller Kalkspritzer und die Dichtungsschiene der Duschtüre machte einen sehr verschmutzten Eindruck

Größe des Zimmers, Garage, Kochnische vorhanden, sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption,

Tropfende, verstopfte Siphone, duschvorhang *igitt*, stark renovierungsbedürftig, sehr abgewohnt und verbraucht...Frühstück minimalistisch. aber wenn der Preis passt für 1-2 Tage machbar...jedoch für 117 Euro die ich bezahlt habe schwierig....
