Excelentes vistas em um sítio encantador.

Foi uma estadia rápida de apenas uma noite porém muito agradável pelas belíssimas vistas que tínhamos das janelas do nosso quarto , o pequeno almoço era bom, o quarto tinha boas condições. O sítio onde está localizado o hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso .

Wunderschöne Lage

Die Lage ist wunderschön und auch das Hotel von außen ist genau das was ich mir unter Urlaub vorstelle. Von innen sah es auch wirklich schön aus! Das Personal war auch super freundlich und für Hunde ist es einfach nur toll da.

Wir hatten sehr viele Mücken im Zimmer. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, weshalb man die Tür zum Balkon aufmachen musste. Dort wäre es wirklich sinnvoll Fliegengitter für erholsame Nächte anzubringen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, allerdings fehlte mir dort das warme Buffet (sowas wie Spiegelei, Rührei oder Würstchen).

Für einen Zwischenstopp war es super

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit viel frischem Obst. Leider nur Filterkaffee und harte Eier. Das war etwas schade. Man konnte drinnen und draußen frühstücken und wir wurden gar nicht nach der Zimmernummer gefragt.

Ich hätte mir definitiv besseren Kaffee und davon auch eine größere Auswahl gewünscht. Auch Rührei oder andere warme Speisen hätte ich gut gefunden.

Die Lage der Seiseralm ist einmalig und könnte schöner nicht sein. Das angestellte Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. 5 der 6 bestellten Essen waren sehr gut.

Das einfache Zimmer könnte etwas mehr Komfort und eine Auffrischung erhalten. In den Sommermonaten sind die sehr dicken und warmen Betten nicht angebracht. Im Badezimmer haben sich Silberfischchen getummelt. Was aber letztendlich zu einem sehr schlechten Eindruck geführt hat, war eine sehr unschöne Begegnung mit dem „Chef des Hauses“, Herrn W. Wir wurden von unserer Bedienung gefragt, ob mit dem Essen Alles in Ordnung ist, was alle, bis auf eine Dame bejahten. Sie erwiderte, dass die Schweinshaxe sehr trocken sei und die Bedienung nahm diese daraufhin zurück. Kurz darauf, kam der Chef des Hauses mit der Haxe wieder zum Tisch zurück und belehrte den Gast vor uns und den umsitzenden Gästen in einer unangemessenen, aggressiven Art und Weise, dass das Essen einwandfrei sei und man sich hier nicht mit ihm anlegen soll. Wir und vielleicht auch die umsitzenden Gäste waren schockiert und damit auch die gute Stimmung des Abends dahin. Als Gastgeber versuchte ich die Situation zu retten und habe einfach ein anderes Gericht für meinen Gast bestellt. Wie zu erwarten, standen später beide Gerichte auf der Rechnung. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich nochmals das Gespräch mit Herrn W. gesucht, um einen versöhnlichen Abschluss zu finden. Seine Reaktion war: „Sie glauben doch nicht, dass ich mich jetzt entschuldige“. Eine Essensbewertung ist eine sehr subjektive Sache. Wenn der Gastronom der Meinung ist, dass das servierte Essen in Ordnung ist und die Reklamation ablehnt, kann man das akzeptieren. Nicht aber die Bloßstellung eines Gastes vor anderen Gästen. Schade um den bis dahin schönen Abend. H.-P. Ziegler

Es war okay für 3 Tage

Das Mobiliar war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Zimmer mit Bett war in Ordnung. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Ausblick aus dem Zimmer ,der Blick auf den Chiemsee war wirklich traumhaft. Das Personal war freundlich, und das Frühstück war okay und ausreichend.

Das Badezimmer hingegen war deutlich renovierungsbedürftig: Die Toilette war verkalkt und machte keinen besonders einladenden Eindruck. Der Duschkopf war auf “Öko” eingestellt, sodass das Wasser nur in feinem Sprühnebel herauskam ,das Duschen war dadurch leider wenig angenehm. Neues klo wäre sinnvoll, Dusche wäre auch sinnvoll

Hotel in Top Lage, mit großen Zimmern und gutem reichhaltigem Frühstück

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Das Zimmer war groß, was uns gefallen hat. Die Lage ist natürlich außergewöhnlich, auf der Seiser Alm mit Blick über den Chiemsee. Die kostenfreien Parkplätze des Hotels.

Wir hatten das Gefühl, das es zwischen dem Bedienungspersonal und der Haus Leitung Spannungen gab, die sich auf den Service auswirkten. Unseren Wunsch nach Spiegeleier wurde mti "kostet Extra" und der Koch muss gut gelaunt sein, beantwortet. Das sollte in so einem Haus möglich sein kostenfrei Spiegeleier zu bestellen und zu bekommen. Was uns auch nicht gefallen hat, ist die frühe Auscheckzeit von 10 Uhr. Für 30€ hätte man die Auscheckzeit bis 12 Uhr verlängern können.

Sowas von toll... wir kommen sicher wieder

Tolles neu renoviertes, urigen, für diese Region typisches Hotel, einfach der Hammer unsere Freunde kannten es noch von 2020, wo es etwas alt und dunkel war, aber trotzdem schön Zimmer geräumig und schlicht eingerichtet, renoviert, bequeme Betten Lage sehr schön um spazieren, wandern und zu radeln, und nur kurze Strecken um den Chiemsee und Umgebung zu erkunden, von der traumhaft schönen Terrasse gab es einen super Blick auf den Chiemsee Das Frühstück war einfach Spitze, es gab fast alles, verschiedene Brötchen, Brot, Müsli, Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Obst in allen Sorten, Gemüse, Joghurtspeisen, ca. 8 Wurstsorten, 5 Sorten Käse, Ei, Brotaufstriche in herzhaft und süß Wir waren sowas von begeistert Genauso das Essen im Restaurant... spitzenmäßig Hätte gern ein paar Fotos mehr eingestellt, ging leider nicht 😉

Lage des Hotels ist beeindruckend schön mit Blick auf den Chiemsee

Im Zimmer waren zuvor Gäste mit Hund untergebracht. Es roch nach Hund, auch das Kopfkissen. Seiseralm gegenüber dem Hotel hat eine Eventalm, die vermietet wird. An unserem Wochenende fand eine Hochzeit dort statt, mit lauter Musik und Lärm vorm Haupteingang , an das unser Zimmer mit Balkon grenzte. An Schlafen war bis 1.00 Uhr nachts nicht zu denken.

This was an exceptional hotel with a great location and view of Chiemsee. It was ideal for hikers and bikers who wanted to explore the foothills of the Alps and the lake below. The restaurant was open all day, which was very convenient for those who could not make it to the traditional cutoff time of two in the afternoon and then having to wait until five in the evening to eat a decent meal. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient.

Immer wieder gern ein gelungener Urlaub ohne Probleme.

Ich kenne das Hotel mein zweiter Besuch .Ich war wie immer gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstücks Büffet bittet alles was mann sich wünscht und mehr. Ich hatte wieder das selbe geräumige Zimmer im Landestypischen Stil mit Bad und Balkon. Der Blick vom Balkon über Chiemsee nicht zu toppen. Ein gelungener Aufentalt.

Prima verblijf op een prachtige plek met goede menukaart

Ontbijt en diner erg lekker! Kamer netjes en schoon.

Erg jammer dat op de booking stond aangegeven dat er een babybedje aanwezig was maar toen we daar kwamen waren ze op en we hadden wel geboekt met een baby van 15 maanden en gezien de tijd niet handig om nog een ander hotel te gaan zoeken. Dus tip is om dat soort zaken goed te communiceren want dit viel echt tegen voor ons. Ze heeft in ons bed geslapen uiteindelijk. Verder konden wij sommige medewerkers van de receptie erg slecht verstaan door het accent en men sprak slecht Engels.

Schöne Natur und Ausblick auf den Chiemsee

Das Zimmer war klein aber ruhig gelegen , das Bett bequem . Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichlich. Die Speisekarte war mit leckeren Speisen ausgeschrieben, davon haben wir einige aus probiert, und wir hatten keine Beanstandung. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage ist erhöht, und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Chiemsee. Man kann schön wandern.

Beautifully located hotel, but rooms need improvements

Friendly staff, tasty and extensive breakfast, hotel is situated in a great spot with a beautiful view over the lake.

There were three things I was not satisfied with: the dated room, the very creaky floors/noisy rooms and the uncomfortable and saggy bed.

Traumhafte Lage mit leichten Abstrichen

Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft mit Blick auf den Chiemsee und Chiemgau, ganz ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist man in gut zehn Minuten in Prien. Das Frühstücksbüfett war vielseitig und ausreichend mit qualitativ guten Produkten! Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber mit einem schönen Balkon. Vom Bett aus konnte man aus dem Dachfenster den Sternenhimmel sehen!

Das Servicepersonal wirkte teilweise etwas unmotiviert, bei der Ankunft um 12.03 Uhr wurden wir relativ rüde darauf hingewiesen, dass die Rezeption von 12 bis 15 Uhr geschlossen ist...kein "Herzlich Willkommen", kein Angebot, die Koffer zu deponieren. Auch im Restaurant wurden wir teilweise nicht gut bedient. Lange Wartezeit auf die Speisekarte und falsche Auskunft bzgl. Brotzeitangebot. Insgesamt war der Ton oft sehr "befehlsartig". Wie gesagt, das gilt nicht pauschal für das ganze Personal!! Für uns als Frühaufsteher war der Beginn der Frühstückszeit um 7.30 Uhr zu spät. Was man noch beachten sollte: das Haus hat keinen Aufzug! Die Matratze war für mich zu hart, das ist aber sicher eine subjektive Empfindung. Noch eine Anregung: kleine Schilder beim Frühstücksbüfett um welche Speisen es sich handelt, wären hilfreich gewesen. Diese waren nur teilweise vorhanden.

Das Frühstücksbüffett war sehr vielfältig, für jeden etwas dabei. Vegan, Wurst, Käse, Frisches Obst, Birchermüsli ( mein persönlicher Favorit :) ) Der Panoramablick ist wunderschön, das Zimmer sauber und Ordentlich.

Das Personal im Restaurant, am späten Nachmittag bzw früher Abend (Terrasse) gingen ein paar mal an uns vorbei. Die Karte holten wir uns auch 2x selbst bis wir dann bestellen konnten. Ein bisschen freundlicher und aufmerksamer wäre angebracht. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt auf der Speisekarte, hätte ich mir einen bunten Salatteller vielleicht mit Putenstreifen gewünscht.

No late check-in info, no support—had to find another hotel last minute, then got billed anyway.

The reception looked orderly and clean

Lack of communication that the location does not allow late check in. Contact number left at reception does not speak English and just hung up, as I tried to use translator software and call back, that person stopped picking up altogether. Also, no locked box (key safe) or self-service available at all to check-in like the other hotels when the reception closed. After we had to scramble and look for another place to stay last minute, the place had the nerve to send me a bill complaining that we 'didn't arrive' and 'here's the cancellation invoice'.
