A hidden gem

Exceptional. Fabulous communication. Comfortable bed and pillows light as a cloud. Amazing sleep. Large room. Ensuite bathroom with shower. Personal welcome. Parking available. Quiet village location. Didn't hear the guests in the other rooms. Balcony overlooking garden and field. Beautiful scenery. Dog-friendly. Delightful little touches and traditional decor in the bedroom. Fridge & microwave available in breakfast room if travelling with your own items. Tea/coffee/water available from breakfast room. We would definitely stay here again if/when visiting the area again. * Can recommend visiting - Kaisergebirge Nature Reserve by chairlift from Kufstein - dogs allowed, can be carried on the chairlift if the correct temperament with crates available for larger dogs. Ours is small and we held him on our lap. https://www.naturerlebnis-kaisergebirge.at/ - Cafe Konig, a few minutes down the road in Aschau im Chiemgau with lovely view of the Schloss Hohennaschau, dogs allowed outside

War für uns beide eine gute Unterkunft. Waren auf dem Weg in den Urlaub, und haben hier eine Übernachtung gebucht.

Die Unterkunft ist ohne Frühstück, es gibt aber einen großen Aufenthaltsraum. Da kann man sein mitgebrachtes essen und sich Kaffee und Tee zubereiten. Das wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten vorab alles wichtige Informationen von den Gastgebern erhalten.

Accueil adorable malgré la barrière de la langue, les propriétaires sont très attentionnés. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable, les chambres et salle de bain spacieuses. L’emplacement parfait, très calme, avec un restaurant italien à proximité.

Local tranquilo, numa pequena vila perto da fronteira entre a Alemanha e a Áustria. Funcionários simpáticos, apesar terem bastante dificuldade em falar inglês, mas no fim conseguimos entender-nos. Quarto limpo e arrumado.

Obwohl kein Frühstück angeboten wird, gibt es im EG einen Raum für die Gäste, um sich selbst einen Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten und dort zu trinken. Ein Sparschwein steht bereit, um sich für den Zusatzservice erkenntlich zeigen zu können.

Die Bettwäsche besteht aus 100% Polyester und darf nur bis 40° C gewaschen werden. Trotzdem machte sie einen sehr sauberen Eindruck.

Anfitriona amorosa y atenta. Habitación con un balcón soñado, el lugar es impecable y cuidado. Te ofrecen su nevera y microondas de la cocina y comedor con toda amabilidad. Prolijidad y limpieza en cada lugar. Son silenciosos y amables, hacen todo para que tu estancia sea grata. Supermercado cerca y su pueblito es encantador para caminar y de fondo montaña, pinos y hasta con nieve en mayo.

Přivítal nás starši milý par a s ničím nebyl problém. Pani byla velmi ochotná. Jedna se o starši zemědělskou usedlost v pěkné horské vesnici.
