Very clean, great breakfast and very friendly staff!
We had a minor water draining bathroom issue which was corrected immediately after reporting it.
Other than that nothing else comes to mind.

It was all very well organised, and we loved the Sessel in the room.
Clean and tidy, but maybe an electric kettle would be a great addition to the room, although I know that there is a restaurant in the hotel, but for just getting some Abend tee at night, it would be great.

The location, breakfast and the staff responsible for the restaurant.
The staff at the reception. Especially the mid-aged lady with short hair was quite unfriendly to us. She warned me due to not clear pronunciation of my name, she knows apparently better than me and corrected me regarding how to do it properly. I was shocked. We had a room at the entrance floor and it was quite loud in the evening, we had an infant with us and they charged him 15€ per night. He is on breastfeed and slept with us in our bed, still do not know for which service this 15€ was asked for.
