The Hotel has very beautiful design throughout - reception area, dining area, room. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is very welcoming, kind and helpful. The room we stayed in had everything needed for a comfortable stay and it had a lovely view to the river, the room was super clean, and beautifully designed. We chose to have breakfast and were not disappointed. Very nice and wide range selection of foods in the breakfast buffet - different baked goods, cheeses, fruits and veggies, mueslis, cornflakes, jams and spreads, coffee and tea. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main station, several grocery and clothing stores, and right next to it is a beautiful castle park. The train to center of Hamburg takes only 15-20 min and the trains are on a very regular schedule. Beautiful and calm place to stay at when visiting Hamburg.
