The Hotel has very beautiful design throughout - reception area, dining area, room. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is very welcoming, kind and helpful. The room we stayed in had everything needed for a comfortable stay and it had a lovely view to the river, the room was super clean, and beautifully designed. We chose to have breakfast and were not disappointed. Very nice and wide range selection of foods in the breakfast buffet - different baked goods, cheeses, fruits and veggies, mueslis, cornflakes, jams and spreads, coffee and tea. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main station, several grocery and clothing stores, and right next to it is a beautiful castle park. The train to center of Hamburg takes only 15-20 min and the trains are on a very regular schedule. Beautiful and calm place to stay at when visiting Hamburg.

It was very nice. The room was very comfortable. Perfect lightings. The room and the attached bathroom were very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. You just have to take one S Bahn from Hamburg hauptbahnhof which takes only 20 minutes. The hotel is right across the street of S bahn station. The hotel is located at Bergedorf which is a very beautiful small town.

the staff was really nice and helpfull, we had some food with is that needed to be chilled. They stored it for us for the night. Breakfast was also delicious.
