Hotel KUHBERG Hamburg

Das Personal ist unfassbar nett und aufmerksam. Ich komme regelmäßig und die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber alles sauber und gemütlich.

Cute building in convenient location (easy walk from train station, around the corner from main pedestrian shopping district). Comfortable room, small but modern bathroom with lots of hot water. Kettle with tea/coffee and sweet treats available just outside the room). Lovely big windows.

The doors (main door, stairway door, room door) were really heavy and awkward to deal with while wrangling luggage or carrying shopping. Would have liked to have a couple more pillows on the bed, and there was no fridge. Due to the compact size of the bathroom the shower had a curtain rather than a door - but plenty of hot water and great water pressure, and the bathroom was spotless, so not a major problem.

Super mitten in Bergedorf gelegen, familiäres Ambiente in einem historischen Gebäude mit Charme. Toll war das moderne Bad mit wirklich großer Dusche und allen Annehmlichkeiten (würde man in so einem kleinen Hotel gar nicht erwarten!). Obwohl das Hotel mitten in Bergedorf liegt, war es angenehm ruhig in der Nacht. Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Und das bei einem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. – Gerne wieder! Tipp: Der Bahnhof ist tatsächlich nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (und trotzdem ist es ruhig).

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen; lediglich anzumerken ist, dass das Hotel – aufgrund der historischen Gegebenheiten – nicht barrierefrei ist (uns hat das nicht gestört). PS: Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir es nicht gebucht hatten.
