The hotel is well located, near two S-Bahn and metro stations. It's not in a touristy area, but it has great restaurants nearby. For those traveling and going to the airport very early, it's a great option.
The room could have more amenities and confort.

Location is just 3 S-Bahn station from the main station, very comfortable when you're coming to Hamburg by train. We stayed earlier in another hotel from this chain and really liked it, that's why we booked it this time. Price / quality is really good, when you're fortunate enough to get a room with a working AC in hot summer days.
Unfortunately air conditioning wasn't cooling off our room. Even though ventilator inside it made some noise, it did not cool the room even a bit, unfortunately the room was on the sunny side and was super hot even at night. We were sweating and could do nothing. The temperature on the street direct in the sun was more pleasant than inside the room. Comfort was a forgotten word for our stay :( We wouldn't stay there again.
