Nice and helpful staff, and the facilities were just tidy and perfect. Great work by all maintenance staff.
Maybe the fact that we were not allowed to use the toilet after we checked out (we went for a walk around the area, and came back couple hour later). It would have been nice, kind of dissapointed us.

In pretty safe location in Hamburg, clean, big room.
In the room was sometimes unidentified smell (mold?).

too close to the street, we could hear every single car passing by and the room was very small, breakfast was too expensive for what we actually got
