Voor een enkele overnachting echt een prima optie. Kamers waren lekker koel (ten tijde van een hittegolf). Faciliteiten aanwezig. Badkamer en keuken beide prima.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch in der Nähe der U Bahn und es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in direktem Umfeld. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für uns war es auch wichtig einen Park in der Nähe zu haben, damit wir mit unseren Hunden spazieren gehen können. Wir wurden mehr als positiv überrascht durch eine sehr schöne Hundeauslauffläche direkt um die Ecke im Park.

Es war geräumig.
Da es keine zu öffnenden Fenster gibt, wird die Luft über eine Art Klimaanlage ausgetauscht. Entsprechend stockt die Luft, wenn sie Aus ist.

Der Preis, für den man dann aber auch nicht allzu viel erwarten darf.
Lage auf Höhe der Straße bedeutet Geräuschbelästigung durch Passanten und Verkehr direkt hinter dem Fenster.
