Cozy and friendly, very nice and comfortable family rooms. Clever configuration for privacy for all members of the family in one room. Excellent beds. The morning buffet was delicious and really well organized, avoiding the chaos that can occur during breakfast time. Offering to bring your coffee or juice to the table for you is thoughtful and minimizes the amount of people trying to figure out where to get these life essentials early in the morning!
I would have liked to know in beforehand where the entrance (gate) to their parking was. The hotel is in a busy street with traffic and barely anywhere to stop the car while you go and check. You need to get the electronic key first and then you can open the gate. In my opinion this could be communicated when reserving the parking spot.

Breakfast was lovely, with a good variety,but local specialities.
The location was on a main road which made finding it and access to Colmar excellent, just a few minutes walk away.
We were advised on good places to eat,but could have eaten at the hotel on Saturday.Overall anexcellent stay in a lovely town.
We were able to park our car in the secure car park adjacent to the hotel.
Possibly to have a fridge in our room to cool water

The location was perfect, only a short walk to the city. We also appreciated the possibilty of reserving a secured parking spot. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooms are a bit rundown and not well cleaned. The whole interior is pretty old and the bathroom should get a renovation.
