Spacious studio room with a kitchenette. Modern and simple. The location was good, very close to the historic centre which we could walk to in 5-10 mins. We found on street free parking opposite the hotel. Staff were friendly. I loved the pool.. nice and well organised space. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good.

Ask for a room in the new part because they gave us one in the old building which required carrying suitcases up two floors, no lift, so requested a change to the main building. Given that this is a good modern hotel (mid-range in price), some things were surprising: no control of AC temperature which was not always comfy, no armchairs in sitting area of the studio, large bathroom with min space to put your toiletries, mattresses were bigger than the bases of the bed, mattresses were memory foam and ok, not as comfy nor quality one would expect. The place gives you a large list of requirements and penalties plus a price list of extras… not impressed with this. We got no housekeeping service during our stay of 2 days.

Excellent stay. Room was very clean. Convenient access from train station using bus and 5 minute walk into central Colmar. Had a very nice balcony to relax on.

Bed was a bit low and stiff.

Staff was nice

We stayed for one night. The room was okay overall, but first that part of the hotel was like a house that the facilitely bought and transformed in a hotel. No elevator not extra help to carry up the luggage nor the stroller. Roomit wasn’t as clean as we expected. The sofa bed was made up of two separate parts that kept sliding apart, which didn’t feel safe for the children. This made our stay less comfortable.
