    Good value for money. We were only there one night so could not test the facilities. Friendly professional staff. Room very clean, but toilet seat has been replaced with a cheap one. Bedside table broken. Shower door ill fitting so leaked everywhere.

    We was expecting a small hotel, but was pleasantly surprised how big it is. Very polite and friendly staff, pool was a great break from all our walking, would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to all the staff

    My friend and I recently stayed here, and we were extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the hotel's layout. The booking listing completely fails to mention a critical piece of information: the hotel consists of two separate buildings, and only one of them has an elevator. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room in the older building which has no lift access. This was a major inconvenience, especially when carrying our luggage up the stairs. When we approached the front desk to request a room change, we were told that the hotel was fully booked. To make matters worse, the employee informed us that to be guaranteed a room in the building with the elevator, we would have had to make a special request during booking. How could we have known to request something that we were never made aware of in the first place? This is completely unacceptable and feels very misleading. This information is essential for all potential guests, especially those with mobility issues, heavy bags, or families traveling with children. The hotel has a responsibility to be upfront about its facilities on all its booking platforms. Our otherwise pleasant trip was soured by this issue and the hotel's poor handling of the situation. I would advise potential guests to call the hotel directly to confirm their room assignment beforehand or simply to book elsewhere.
