Small and uncomfortable rooms. The hotel needs renovation, no facilities inside. Unprofessional staff, they didn't have face towels when we asked for. Close to the city center, 10 minutes from the center. Public parking opposite to the hotel. I don't recommend it for families

Very basic 2star hotel, with poor facilities, needs renovation. It's very close to Colmar city centre, 10 minutes walk on foot. Rooms were very small and uncomfortable for families. We asked for face towels and they gave us big towels, because they didn't have small! Unprofessional staff. Parking place opposite the hotel

We stayed here for three nights. On the second night, the bathroom had a drainage issue and the shower drain smells like sewage. We reported it to the desk. They didn’t record or attempt to have it fixed. We had to stay in the same room another night as they didn’t have any other family rooms.

The hotel description said that parking is available on demand but when we reached and asked for parking they said there is no parking. The room was okayish. Location was good.
