My overall stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was a bit small, but since we were only staying for one night, it was perfectly manageable. The front desk, spa, gym, and overall service were excellent. The team arranged twin beds for us as requested and even delivered our luggage to the room while I was at the spa. Both the receptionist and the spa manager were attentive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The breakfast selection itself was great, offering plenty of variety. However, the breakfast service experience was disappointing. I ordered four eggs to make two omelettes without cheese but was instead served four sunny-side-up eggs, and the order wasn’t reconfirmed before serving, which felt unprofessional. The staff member who took my order also had difficulty communicating in English, which contributed to the mix-up. Additionally, the service felt noticeably less warm compared to my interactions elsewhere in the hotel. Overall, the female waitstaff seemed less friendly, which was unfortunate given the many positive aspects of the stay.
