Great hotel, freshly refurbished, staff were simply lovely, room super-spacious.
Would be good if you didn’t need to ask the restaurant for milk for your coffee in the room - restaurant staff person was especially rude on one occasion

Beds were comfortable however we didn’t find the pillows to be all that comfortable.

I liked the staff and the location.
I arrived at 9pm. I was initially given a double room which I asked for. Then when I got into my room I got a call saying there was building work going on outside and could I swap. I was then given a twin room which although comfortable was not what I wanted.
