The location was fantastic and the reception, lounge and restaurant were lovely. The staff were also great.
Other than the ground floor the rest of the hotel needed updating. Our floor and bedroom weren't very nice, the bedroom might have been down to use having a dog.

Across the road from the train station. Staff welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Access to our room via a lift. Room large and clean, bathroom compact but shower a good size and clean area. Lovely decor.

I liked the staff and the location.
I arrived at 9pm. I was initially given a double room which I asked for. Then when I got into my room I got a call saying there was building work going on outside and could I swap.
I was then given a twin room which although comfortable was not what I wanted.
