Hôtel Quatorze

Superb location, friendly staff. We got there during the heatwave and the room had air conditioning, hurray!

There was nothing not to like.

The people. They were really kind and helpfull.

There isn't anything we didnt like.

Excellent location, at the border of old town so my senior parents could walk quickly into the most beautiful part of the town immediately to enjoy by themselves as well. We had two rooms and both had unique layout, beautiful, spacious and modern with big bathtubs (although some rooms don't have them?) . Comfortable beds. My parents had a terrace which was nice !

My bathtub wasn't cleaned properly (so I had to clean it myself before using) and the fridge in my room didn't work which was very inconvenient and should not happen in 4 star hotel. My parents room had a fridge but a strange one which was really shallow and installed on the wall... at least it worked.

Wheelchair access to the shower and WC. The location is great

The room was supposed to be wheelchair accessible, but I was unable to get around the bed also to go out onto my balcony, I was unable to enter into the dining room, the bar fridge could only hold two bottles a water which I dont think qualifies as a bar fridge. The towels were not standard for a 4 star, the bottom sheet of the bed was too small. The hallway outside of the Executive suite was a storage room for bicycles and suitcases. There are other things I could mention but would be just getting picky!
