The Hotel Arc En Ciel Colmar is a hidden gem!
Free Parking onsite, pet friendly, clean facilities and friendly staffs! Breakfast buffet was okay, typical European. The hotel was about 20 minutes by foot to the Old Town Colmar to see the tourists spots and dine to several cafes and restaurants. The room we had was a double room, quite small but everything we need for two nights was there. We had our dog with us and he had a share of adventure strolling the beautiful city. It’s recommended if visiting Colmar not breaking your bank.

Although location not the closest to the main attraction, I still like it because it easy to access it with car. Room very small, very hard to move around if you have luggage, so better if you just carry a small carry on bag. Clean enough. The staff when I checked in is wonderful.. really wonderful. But staff when I checked out super grumpy and rude to the edge of racist. Do not work in hospitality industry if you hate people. I didnt even asking for anything, just try to explain that i returning the keys now even my check out tomorrow because I have family emergency, not even asking a refund and she was super agitated w me and told me to leave the key there with rude gesture. If not because of the wonderful young guy that checked us in, I put 1 star!
