Perfectly reasonable room in a decent location.

Nice, comfortable room and big enough for me for one night. Staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was reasonable - nothing amazing but perfectly okay.

A little bit over-priced for one person. No kettle in the room which was disappointing.

Clean but decidedly "budget" oriented.

The location was really convenient as I was attending a conference close to the hotel; the rooms were clean and well taken care of; The view from the room was full of greenery and felt nice. Decent amount of lighting in the room I stayed at.

The amenities were really minimal. No iron or ironing board (you had to request one but the times when I needed it was never appropriate to ask e.g. after midnight/ very early morning). not enough cleaning products (especially shampoo) provided by the hotel. The bed was not that comfy and the overall usable room space was small.

Superb

I really enjoyed my 2-night stay here. The rooms are spacious, clean, with large windows that have a great view of central Hamburg. The owners were very friendly and helpful when I needed to ask for a favor. Also. This hotel as a whole has a very special atmosphere - as if you were transported back in time on one hand, or maybe you are Sherlock Holmes traveling somewhere to uncover a mysterious crime... and all these associations I mean in a good way! :D

Friendly staff. Cosy room in a good location. We had breakfast on the first morning and it included coffee, juice, bread, meats, spreads, cereal amd fruits.

Centrally located, not far from U-bahn and S-bahn stations, Planten un blomen park, lakes and city center. Friendly and helping staff. Room spacious and clean. Maybe breakfast could offer more, but it’s acceptable. I would return

Overall very nice stay

Shower pressure was really good. The hotel floor is on the top floor, far away from street noise and is quiet. Property is accurately described in other reviews.

Couldn’t find wifi password. Was late at night and too late to ask. Not a big deal though.

J'avais peur que l'on attendant les bruits de train étant donné qu'il est situé pas très loin du station. Mais finalement l'hôtel est très bien insonorisé, j'ai dormis comme un bébé.

Übernachten im historischen Palais.

Gut gelegen Nähe Bf.Dammtor, Der Empfang.war sehr herzlich, ruhiges Zimmer im 5.Stock. Historisches Gebäude mit entsprechendem Flair. Frühstück für 10 Euro absolut passend und ausreichend. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Perfekt, für den Preis unschlagbar.

Fantastische Lage direkt am Bahnhof Dammtor/CCH. Zimmer im 4. Stock, ruhig. Betten, Bad, Zimmer ordentlich und sauber. WLAN funktionierte problemlos. Aufzug. Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Menschen. Frühstück (für 10€!) war voll o.k. (Brötchen, Müsli, Ei, Saft). Ausreichend Parkplätze rund um's Hotel (wider Erwarten), 10€/d. Jederzeit wieder !

Einfache Unterkunft mit Charme

Ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Gebäude, welches auf fast jeder Etage ein anderes Hotels beinhaltet. Man spürt noch den Charme alter Tage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer hatte eine einfache Ausstattung welche hier und da schon ziemlich abgenutzt war. Im Bad hab ich keine Heizung entdeckt, weswegen es dort ziemlich kalt war.

Gut gelegen und ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Die Lage zum Zentrum, zur Alster, den Bushaltestellen, den Restaurants in der Nähe ist von grossem Vorteil. Die Grösse des Zimmers war sehr angenehm. Der vorhandene Kleiderschrank ein echter Pluspunkt. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Vom Zimmer in der 4. Etage konnte ich direkt in die Baumwipfel der gegenüberliegenden Grünanlage schauen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Es war sehr ruhig und von den Nachbarzimmern war nichts zu hören.

Insgesamt ist sichtbar, dass die Zimmer und Ausstattung doch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen sind.

Wochenende in HH

Hotel in altem Gebäude. Wir hatten ein sauberes grßes Zimmer nach hinten. Dadurch war es sehr leise. Minibar vorhanden (Getränke aber nicht im Preis enthalten). Wir haben auch dort gefrühstückt (zusätzl. 15,- / Person und Nacht). War okay soweit. Sehr freundliche Betreiber.

Für eine Nacht ok.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Vor allem der ältere Mann. Vom Standort konnte ich mich super gut durch Hamburg bewegen. Es gab eine Minibar - perfekt um eigene kleine Wasserflaschen zu kühlen. Neben dem Bett gibt es einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen (lädt zum Essen ein) und Fernseh bzw Schreibtisch.

Ich habe überlegt die Feiertage gebucht, daher war der Preis wahrscheinlich höher als sonst- was auch ok ist. Aber ich fand im Bad Haare, die Dusche war verkalkt, beim Kühlschrank und unterm Bett war es auch sehr staubig (werde Bilder beifügen). Die Einrichtung ist halt sehr alt.

Gut gelegen , charmant ...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.. Die Lage war optimal für viele fußläufige Ausflüge und zur U-Bahn Station. Das Hotel hatte Charme ...

Die Handtücher waren zwar sauber, rochen aber leider etwas nach Muff ... Schade. Aber sonst ok.
