Location was excellent and close to everything (beaches, activities, food). We liked that fans were provided as it was quite warm and the room was very accommodating to our needs. The area was peaceful and quiet and the owners were lovely.

Great location, close to Omaha and Matakana. Quiet. Large upstairs living with comfy chairs and TV in extended bedroom.
Air conditioning would be a bonus on hot nights. Fans were provided, but struggled to cool room.
