We didn't see anyone the whole time we were there but that didn't matter as they messaged me how to get in and all information we needed was in the building.
Not a complaint but the bed was a little firmer than what we are used to but still comfortable.

Found the bed to be uncomfortable. We have been travelling for a couple of weeks, and this was our least favourite bed. Also found it odd not to have shampoo/conditioner in the shower.
