Cosy place to stay. We liked the bed. Shower and bathroom set up. Comfy sofa and television. Deck with view albeit raining during our stay. Compact but good for an overnight stay.
Car park off to the side so we did not have to look over our car for the view from the deck. Cushions for the deck chairs and a small table if we would like to eat or drink outside.

we only needed the accommodation for an overnight stay on our way through further north. Although it was a little out of the way getting there, by night, we realise come the light of day we weren't actually that far from Mangawhai heads. But I booked because the place looked warm, cute and inviting and somewhat rural. what i prefer.
