Truly a 10 out of 10!

Fascinating contrast between brutalism and certain neglect of the building outside and it’s interior, which becomes apparent the moment you walk in. Clean, in good condition, even flowers in the public staircase/elevator area. The apartment itself (highest floor, windows facing east towards Belgrade city) is furnished very tastefully, spacious, tidy. Very large, perfectly clean, it’s possible to open some for perfect viewing or picture taking. The owner is very friendly, speaks perfect English, lives in some other part of the same building and gave me a very precise and useful briefing upon my arrival, by far the best one I ever got (out of a very high number).

Just a comment about some other guests note I read: the „noise“ of the road. Yes, it is true, that the windows are not 100% soundproof. The „noise“ of the road isn’t really disturbing though. Since it’s very constant, it’s easy to forget. Actually, if you are positive about the situation, keep the window open to get a better feeling for this extraordinary situation you‘re in. I did it during daytime!

Spacious apartment with good view

Like everyone else said, the view is really good. The apartment is pretty big and the hosts are friendly, always in contact. Milos recommended us a laundromat nearby and we had were able to wash some clothes quickly. The bus station is also really close to get to the fortress or other tourist attractions.

Best place in Beograd

The apartment is the symbol of the city's brutalism. it is very clean, modern, well furnished and equipped with everything. It's on the top floor (30th) of the building and the skyline is stunning. The interesting districts for a brutalist tour are very close but it is also well connected to the city center. Milos, the owner, is a kind person. Available for every need, friendly, easygoing and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Exceptional

The first thing that captivates you is the view, absolutely amazing. The host is great, we arranged key pick up really quick. Apartment is on the 30th floor, elevators are new and fast. Everything was even better than in the photos, bed is super comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped as well as bathroom. It even has smaller toilet at the entrance. All recommendations for this beautiful apartment. Waking up with this amazing view of Belgrade was amazing experience and we will visit again in future.

The place to stay in Beograd :) ...

A very unique place to stay in Beograd. There are many apartments in the Serbian capital, but non of them has the view this one has. The apartment is located on the 30th floor of the iconic Genex Tower building that dates back to the times of Yugoslavia when it was built as the showcase of country's strength to stand as the western gate to the city. Now the apartment is fully renovated, so it is fresh, new, modern, clean and comfortable for the stay of any length. The view from the windows is spectacular and one of the kind looking to the east, so be ready for a nice sunrise. There is a free parking for your car in the footsteps of the building. The area in the immediate proximity of the building has a special feeling, it seems to be a bit run down, but at the same time is has a special soul that makes this place one of a kind. This apartment is a dream-come-true-place for people who love brutalism, great views and comfort.

I love brutalism, great views and modern comfort. This is the most iconic brutalist building in Belgrade. The view over the whole city is incredible. The flag is very modern, clean and big. Fridge and Cooking area were great too. The host Miloš is very nice and helpful.

Probably the best panoramic view of Belgrade, from the apartment. A very clean and nicely decorated, with all necessary equipment, kitchen and bathroom appliances. Hosts are available for assistance on short notice, and flexible to different arrangements. Recommending.

Just amazing!

This is genuinely one of the nicest apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The owners Divna and Miloš are kind, friendly and super efficient, making the stay as easy than any hotel. I initially chose to stay here as it's a world famous, iconic building and I love architecture, however even if you hated architecture you still could not find a better apartment (see my view photos for what I mean!) An apartment like this in almost any other city in the world would cost €100+ per night, it has a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a great bedroom and very large open plan living room. It's everything you need and more. There is a local shop 2 minutes walk away and bars and restaurants within 10mins walk. The hosts offer an airport ‘taxi’ service too which just adds to the convenience. I will 100% stay here every time I return to Belgrade. Thanks so much Divna and Miloš!

The only 'downside' about this apartment is the view is so amazing I found it hard to leave in the morning and was constantly running late!

It is hard to tell how satisfied we are.

It was a big surprise to see the apartment first: huge places, big and comfortable bed, excellent accessories, elegant looking. The owner is nice, friendly and chatty, we talked a lot. The apartment is in the highest building in Belgrad at the top floor. View is fantastic to the town. We were maximize satisfied and dicided to go once again to this wonderful apartment and exciting town.
