Because we arrived very early in the morning, we had informed our host in advance that we would be checking in late. Mark was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He provided detailed photos and videos showing where to find the key, how to access the underground parking garage, and how to enter and reach the apartment. His instructions were exceptionally clear and easy to follow. We would like to sincerely thank him for all his help and support. Thanks to his detailed guidance, everything went smoothly and we completed our stay without any problems at all. We are very seriously considering choosing this accommodation again in the future and would gladly stay here another time. We highly recommend it to everyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay
