The apartment is located in a premium residential complex, which feels safe and modern. The underground parking is a big plus, and there are several nice restaurants just a short walk away — very convenient.
The apartment could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as it appeared to have been only superficially prepared before check-in — disappointing for a property in this category. The bedroom was also smaller than expected based on the photos. While the location and facilities are very good, the cleaning standards should be improved to truly reflect the premium setting.

Große Anlage mit zahlreichen hochmodernen Appartments. Es ist sauber und ruhig. Die Apartments sind fast schon luxuriös, dafür zahlt man auch entsprechend viel. Beste Lage, praktisch direkt gegenüber dem zentralen Busbahnhof. Maxi-Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu fuss zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe, aber die Gegend ist vergleichsweise teuer. Sehr gute Ausstattung und dazu ein netter kleiner Balkon. Hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, alles war top.
Der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft zur Abwicklung der Bezahlung war fürchterlich und völlig unprofessionell. Keine meiner konkreten Fragen wurde präzise beantwortet. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen bekam man eine halbwegs befriedigende Antwort. Zudem bekam man an der Rezeption die Information, dass man bei Anreise einen Umschlag mit Bargeld zur Bezahlung in eine Box werfen muss, doch bereits am ersten Tag stand plötzlich eine schlecht englisch sprechende Person an meiner Tür, die cash abkassieren wollte. Wie man sieht lief die Kommunikation ziemlich schlecht.

It’s very close to the bus station, and that was why i chose it. Also, it’s only 6 minutes walk from bus stop #600/A1 to the airport, making it easy to get to/from other cities. The apartment itself modern, safe with 24 hrs security, super clean and tidy.
The amenities are also excellent, making our stay very comfortable and homey.
