Avoid it, there are a lot of other great flat in belville

On the positive side, the host promptly returned our passports and the payment upon request, apparently understanding how poor the condition of the apartment was. 1 point for it.

The apartment we were given was not the one we booked, but another from the same listing. However, judging by the condition of this one, I doubt the others are any better. The first thing that hits you when entering is the smell of dampness and old furniture - which is surprising, considering the building itself is not that old. The furnishings are very outdated, like from a grandmother’s house, with visible wear and scratches everywhere. The place was dirty - the floor looked so grimy that it was unpleasant to even step on it. There is only one air conditioner, which clearly hasn’t been cleaned for a long time and doesn’t cool the room at all. We were shocked and left immediately. Initially, we even thought of asking for a discount (luckily, it wasn’t granted).

Location of the apartment is next to the Delta city center and Mediogroup for medical check ups.Several other restaurant and coffee bars is just next to the building and if you need to go to the airport ,you can easily catch minibus A1 from the main bus station ,5 minutes wlaway from the building.The apartment was clean ,and you have everything in in case you need to cook ,drink coffee or just enjoy in the view from balcony.Definitelly all recommendations for this lovely place and the host Pedja was great.

The location is good, and the host was really nice and kind. The check-in and check-out were done smoothly. The apartment has air-conditioning which is good if you stay here during the summer. There is a mall nearby with a supermarket as well as a variety of other shops and restaurants.

It looked like the apartment was not well-cleaned. The kitchen was sticky and there was forgotten food in the oven, the bathroom also looked dirty.

Great apartment, great staff! Can absolutely be recommended.

Great apartment that is very centrally located with a large shopping center just across the street. And many small businesses right outside the door. We loved that it was a short drive to old Belgrade for sightseeing. We were two adults and two children in the apartment and it was absolutely perfect. The landlord is very service minded and a very trustworthy person! We were very impressed and he can be recommended. Safe and good person and can be trusted.
