The host was incredibly polite, helpful, and went above and beyond. When he heard we’d taken a taxi for a short ride, he insisted we should have called him—he would’ve personally picked us up. He met us at the apartment and even helped carry all our luggage inside.
The location is perfect—everything is right at your doorstep: restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, and even a kids’ playground. The building itself is secure and has surveillance cameras.
The apartment was spotless. As soon as we walked in, it smelled clean and fresh. Every surface—from the floors to the kitchen and bathroom—was immaculately maintained. You could tell it had been freshly cleaned in full detail.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, oven, pots, pans, utensils—everything you’d need. There were welcome essentials like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, paper towels, and more. The bathroom was spacious and had a large, comfortable shower, plus a washing machine and hairdryer.
The bed was oversized and extremely comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the lighting setup—you can choose between ambient lamps, built-in ceiling lights, and chandeliers to create whatever mood you like.
I’m very particular about cleanliness and comfort, and this place absolutely met my standards. The windows are large, let in great natural light, and when closed, the apartment is completely quiet. There are both blackout blinds and shutters, so you can adjust the lighting exactly how you want.
It’s also very well prepared for both summer and winter, with excellent air conditioning and heating.
In short: everything I could possibly need was here. My stay was truly pleasant and I’d happily return.

This apartment is definitely 10 out of 10! Spotlessly clean, modern, placed in a newly built building in a quiet district of Belgrade with good transport connections to the city centre. It has everything you need for the comfortable stay.

The host is a great guy and was there on time to give us a key and parking card. He gave us all the needed details, so the process and completion of our stay were smooth and nice. The location is great. One of the biggest Belgrade shopping malls is a 2-minute walking distance away, so proximity to shopping, cinema, restaurants, and other amenities is perfect. Public transport is just a few minutes away as well. The apartment is clean and comfy.
The foldable sofa in the living room is not so comfy for big guys like me. Also, a couple of more glasses, plates, and a better coffee machine would be beneficial, but that is not such a big minus.
