It offers everything one needs for either short or long term stay. I would highly recommend the appartment and the hosts.

Very central with lots of amenities nearby including 3 children playgrounds.
Not enough cupboards. It was a real struggle to make use of the minimal cupboard space available.
Payment term was not clear. it should be emphasized and explained prior to arrival as many people from the Western Europe and North America are not used to paying cash

close to everything
internet was very slow the last time i stayed in beograd and when i rented a place it was stocked up with toilet paper it had drinks in the fridge here it had nothing. plus the lift didnt work to go to the second floor and workers were renovating next door they started at 7 to take out windows so didnt sleep well
