A lovely stay in Novi Beograd

An incredibly caring and attentive host and a cozy, well-furnished apartment. We stayed for a few nights at the end of December, and Jovana put up a Christmas tree for us; it was so sweet. We were traveling with a four-month-old baby, and she offered us a baby bath. She also allowed an early check-in and late check-out. Check-in instructions were very clear.

Great appartment with a great host!

Both appartments (we were 2 families) had everything you need when traveling with kids. Everything was very clean and there was a feeling of home, not just the apartment you rent. The host, Jovana, was one of the best hosts I have ever communicated with, she helped us with many things.

great apartments. but the biggest plus is the owner of the apartment Jovana. was always in touch. explained everything in detail upon check-in. gave video photo instructions. provided a beautiful comfortable and clean apartment for living. additionally provided everything for the bathroom and washing machine and kitchen. including oil drinks and coffee tea and sweets. one of the best housing options that we have encountered. the apartments themselves are located in a chic area with many trees squares and shops. in the summer it is very hot in the city. but the house is very comfortable due to the large amount of greenery on the shady side of the building and the presence of air conditioning. nearby two large grocery stores. there are separate grocery stores with vegetables fruits and dairy products. located not far from the Danube and a large park next to the river. ten minutes by car to the bus station and the same to the train station. very convenient location. thank you very much for your hospitality

I wouldn’t stay at any other place in Belgrade and neither should you :)

Amazing apartment right at the heart of Belgrade. It’s literal 5 minute walk to Sava Center (don’t get confused with google maps like I did it shows a different pin in the beginning of the street which is further from the center, the apartment is right next to it !) so it’s very convenient for conference trips. The host is an incredible young lady who went out of her way to accommodate us, she even helped up plan our sightseeing schedule and gave so much practical advice and suggestions. I cannot express how much this place is worth staying at. It’s gorgeous, spotless clean with the kindest host and a perfect location, literally nothing was missing here ! Don’t sleep on it guys it’s your Serbian home you’re searching for :)

I don’t have anything negative to say because the stay was perfect. The only issue encountered was that the shower drain was a bit slow to drain but that problem was resolved quickly and shouldn’t be an issue anymore.

Perfect trip

Warm and nice apartment, the owner Ms Jovana is so helpful and describe everything clearly, we can easy be like at home. The location is perfect, close to the Sava Center and very convient to drive or take bus to the old town. We also can find good tast food nearby easily and nice cafe bar.

The apartment is very modern with everything you need in it. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has all the basic products you need. I also recommend this place for longer stays. We moved around by walking, everything is pretty close. The owner was very friendly and helpful with everything

Cosy and comfortable apartment in Novi Belgrade close to all amenities

Great location, close to local grocery stores and restaurants.Public transport is a few minutes away. The apartment was spotlessly clean and there was everything one needs for a few days stay. Nothing is forgotten. It is tastefully decorated and cosy. Communication with the owner is excellent.

Все было прекрасно, в доме тепло и уютно!

Очень понравилось отношение самой хозяйки к своим апартаментам. Квартира меблирована и декорирована с любовью и вкусом. Все гармонично и комфортно. Йована очень гостеприимна и помогала нам во всем, оплачивая за нас парковки и всегда была на связи, отвечая на наши просьбы, связанные с целью поездки. Дом полон разными полезными мелочами, оборудованием, бытовой химией и парфюмерией, а на кухне было все, чтобы перекусить на первое время. Мы были приятно удивлены, насколько Йована безоговорочно доверяет своим гостям во всем и в оплате за проживание в том числе. Деньги за парковки и проживание оставили в конверте, закрыли за собой дверь и с чувством огромной благодарности уехали. Особо хотели отметить фото, видео и текстовые инструкции по заселению, которые Йована отправила нам перед поездкой в Белград. Мы проживали семьей, с нами была большая собака, овчарка. С выгулом вообще ни каких проблем, мест для прогулок с собакой было много, зеленые зоны вокруг дома, а если учесть, что во дворе дома была закрытая собачья площадка, где пес мог погонять без поводка, вообще все прекрасно. Большое спасибо, Йована! В следующий раз только к вам!

Öncelikle ev sahibi her konuda çok yardımcı oluyor. İletişimi harika. Daha ülkeye giriş yapmadan bilmeniz gereken her şeyi paylaşıyor. Ve her konuda çözüm üretiyor. Gezilecek lokasyonlarla ilgili bilgi paylaşıyor. Şehirde aktif bir etkinlik varsa bununla ilgili bilgi paylaşıyor. Ben ve arkadaşım çok memnun kaldık. Ayrıca ev içerisinde aklınıza gelebilecek her şey var. Bir çocuğunuz varsa çizim ve boyama yapabilecek kitaplar boyalar. Oyunlar. İhtiyaç duyacağınız tüm mutfak ekipmanları. Ben yıl başını geçirmek için ziyaret ettim ve yıl başı süslemeleri harikaydı. Evin içi ferah. Ve sıcak. Ayrıca küçük çikolata ikramları vardi. Ve kahve makinası. Gerçekten benim için harika bir şey oldu espresso makinası. Etrafta market alışverişi yapacağınız yerler çok yakın. Ev istediğiniz her şeyi net söylüyorum fazlasıyla karşılayacak. Ev çok temizdi. Her şey olması gerektiğinin çok üzerinde bir kalitedeydi. Otobüs duraklarına yakın. Her yere ulaşım vardı.

Aslında sevmediğim bir şey yok. Benim gibi yürüyüş yapmayı seviyorsanız 30-40 dk içinde her yerde ulaşırsınız.
