The apartment itself and the location are nice. But the jacuzzi experience was awful.

Great location, quiet. Very comfortable beds and mattresses. The kitchen has almost everything you need. It was warm despite the sub-zero outside temperature, and the air conditioners did a great job heating the room in heating mode.

We booked this particular place for one reason: to enjoy the jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a real pain. When we checked in at 2:00 PM, the jacuzzi was full of water and dirty. We had to contact the owner to find out how to drain it. It turned out that it required removing a large side panel to get to this particular controls. My husband did it, but if I'd been alone, I doubt I would have been able to handle it. Draining the water took several hours. Afterward, we had to completely clean the jacuzzi because it was covered in slime. The jets were also dirty. Then, it took a couple of hours to fill. After that it had to heat up. The owner's instructions indicated that it would take 3-4 hours to heat the water to a comfortable 35 degrees Celsius. In reality, it took 10 hours! Even though we were busy preparing the jacuzzi for use practically from the moment we checked in at 2:00 PM, it wasn't ready until 8:00 AM the next morning (yes, my husband got up three times during the night to check the temperature, and even at 7:00 AM it was still only 32 degrees). And by 10:00 AM, we had to check out! We're very persistent people, so we still used the jacuzzi from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. But we were expecting a romantic experience, and what we got was completely different. It was incredibly unpleasant! I wouldn't have rented this place for that price without the jacuzzi. We were also dissatisfied with the cleanliness: there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, sticky stains from food and drinks on the coffee table, and the nightstands and dresser in the bedroom were covered in dust (so was the inside of the cabinet in the bathroom). In addition, the bed linen turned out to be old, and there was a hole in one of the sheets. More comfortable pillows would also have been nice.

Jacuzzi and projector were a letdown

The apartment was affordable and the bedroom and kitchen were clean. It was fine for a short overnight stay, and the airport ride the next morning was on time and convenient. The host responded quickly to messages.

The main advertised features — the jacuzzi and projector — didn’t meet expectations. The jacuzzi wasn’t properly cleaned, and the projector couldn’t be used because it wasn’t set up or compatible without an adapter. The location inside a shopping mall was confusing, especially since only one entrance was open at night and this wasn’t mentioned in advance. Communication with the host felt a bit defensive rather than helpful, and the shower drain was clogged.
