The apartment look cozy, clean and renovated, for short stay it's an optimal choice. I think it has enough facilities inside for staying. The Bellville neighborhood has a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops, some within house, it's literally five steps to reach the dinner. Fast and stable internet and private parking makes this option perfectly for whom traveling with laptops and cars
Nothing serious, just trivial. Like, the toilet lid is not fixed and moves, or broken louvers retainer in the room, so one window is always shaded by it

Lokacija je odlična, naselje dobro, sve raspoloživo na dohvat ruke Garažno mesto, auto u hladu na vrućinama Čista i bezbedna zgrada sa obezbedjenjem Odlična komunikacija sa stanodavcem
Stanu treba malo "toplote" Neki osveživač mirisa bi dobro došao-oseća se neki poseban zagušljiv miris u stanu, moguće da je i pored zabrane u stanu pušeno. Inventar u kuhinji je prilično ograničen, aparati dotrajali. Svaka kvaka na vratima rasklimana. Tapete na više mesta pokidane. Prijalo bi stanu jedno renoviranje.
