Tidy bright tastefully furnished 2-bed apartment with comfortable furniture, spacious bedrooms, bedding, towels, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dryers; close to several bus stops, shops and easy access to Belgrade City centres and attractions. Flat on 4th floor and accessible via a speedy lift/elevator. Appreciated the complimentary large bottle of still/mineral water in the fridge :)

Description did not state property was one of two/adjoining flats, and that the one we booked/were assigned had stairs to access it (so is the maisonette’ of the two). The one photo showing a stairwell of the 45 photos on the advert was inadequate in my opinion. Flat layout also a bit tricky since room with cooker/fridge was not the same one nor next to the room that had a sink for dishwashing or storage for dinnerware or cutlery. Would be good to advise guests beforehand, e.g. in post booking communications, that the Serbian/Belgrade authorities legally require guests to submit copies of their passport and entry visa to hosts for ‘registration’ to avoid fine/criminal charge. This would be useful since Booking.com explicitly advises guests against sharing identification documents with private hosts.

It is very modern and clean. Has everything you need. Great location.

The proximity of the Sava Center was crucial for renting. Spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment. The owner was very friendly and very helpful.
