Nice central HQ for both explorer and couch potato

Nice and supportive host and staff, and rooms that really lives up to its name of Avantgarde. Several facilities (gym, rooftop pool, bar/restaurant) that looked awesome, but that I unfortunately didn't have time to make use of. Location itself was great with 5 mins or less to both a shopping centre, busses (free in Belgrade since earlier this year), and several eateries, so there's something for both the explorer and those who just want to rest and not wander too far.

The building itself could use a little TLC, but it was nothing that affected my stay. The bed was a bit on the shorter side, but made it work by lying diagonally; had I not been travelling alone this might have been an issue.

Very modern and spacious rooms with access to luxurious facilities

My room was huge. Very modern (loft style), very clean and with good air-conditioning (it was during summer). Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. The lady who handed me over the keys was super polite. I got vouchers for a roof-top pool bar (which was super convenient and useful in hot days) and for a gym (which was very modern, spacious and fully equipped), separate businesses but both in the same building. There is also a restaurant right below the hotel and a big mall with shops and restaurants across the street. Many bus stops nearby. Overall I was very impressed by the room and the access to the facilities.

There was nothing I did not particularly like. I would only point out that: a) the hotel is not centrally located, so you would need to take a taxi or public transportation (which is free) to reach the city centre, b) there is a roof top pool bar (which is not only for hotel guests) and a restaurant in the same complex, so there can be some noise (personally I did not mind).

Very bad experience

This hotel, unfortunately, was a big disappointment. Firstly the location is difficult to find, on the map it is shown as Mercator shopping centar, we thought it us part of it but it is different building without any visible sign of the hotel. When you enter to the building ti some dirty hall, there was no reception, because the hotel is on the second floor but even there no real reception. Access to second floor and then rooms is ugly, dirty, terrible. Rooms are also not as it was shown on photos. Completely different, hygiene is on very low level. We were told that swimming pool is open 11-20, we came at 6:16 pm, waiter told us ‘sorry we are closing now, because no guests’ although there was some couple and we, group of 4 persons. The restaurant downstairs is very nice, but at night there was live music, impossible loud, until 2 o’clock a.m., no way to sleep. We were also told that we can pay for the breakfast/lunch/dinner there but when we asked in the restaurant (because no reception) waiters said no that option. Only option is to order from the menu as any other guests. So, all in all it was really disappointment, never again, and it wasn’t worth of that money we paid for it. Next day we went to normal hotel, real hotel, with included breakfast, extremely clean, with a reception, everything easy beautiful and paid less money. We dont recommend this hotel ti anyone!

The apartment is more for young people, but it's worth it for 2-3 nights

It is relatively easy to find a parking space on nearby streets. There is a large shopping center opposite the apartment. The room was clean and in a good location, halfway between Zemun and Belgrad. It was very nice of the manager to offer us a free breakfast. A cool solution is the roof swimming pool, which is free for residents,

The room is above a restaurant, so there are live concerts on the weekends. That DIDN'T bother me, but cleaning (with a loud vacuum cleaner running and bottles being emptied) at 3 a.m. is excessive. The bathroom was really huge, but there were definitely too few hooks for towels , and there was no cabinet or shelves where you could put a cosmetic bag. There was no lighting above the mirror in the bathroom. Generally the lighting throughout the apartment was poor. Spotlights couldn't adequately illuminate the 3-meter-high rooms.

Good location. Very close to Belgrade Arena.

This accommodation looks much better, more luxurious and fancy on the pictures on Booking. When you get there, you will have trouble finding the exact location of the building. The entrance is really weird and creepy, it's an old building. There is no lighting at all in the entrance at the building, at night when you come in you'll have to use a flashlight. The room was okay but there were some things that really bugged us: poor lighting in the room, faucet in the bathroom was wobbly, shower head was old and wasn't functioning properly. Also, name of the accommodation is Avangarda Suites, not Skyfall. Skyfall is the name of the pool on the roof of the building. Skyfall pool also looks much better on pictures than in person. Overall, I really expected this to be much more luxurious and pretty in person, as it looks like on Booking.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Biggest advantage of the place is that pool lounge facility which is one level above the rooms is included in the price. Not the cheapest lounge so it is definitely good addition to the stay especially on summer

First is that name on booking is not correct. This is Avangarda Suites. They have 3.9 rating on Google (when I leave review). Please find and read those reviews before your stay!! Biggest problem of the place is that it is extremely noisy at night. Restaurant/bar downstairs and it will be loud until 2a.m minimum. That was big disappointment.

The pool and bar facilities are fun!! The location is right behind the mall and near many restaurants. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful.

Rooms are derelict. Door knobs broken, shower head missing and taps hanging off the wall. Door is code entry but no deadbolt for security. Grimy and dark. Also there is no soundproofing so you hear the bar but also every person near you struggling to enter after forgetting their code.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Das Bett war bequem. Das Zimmer ist groß.

Der Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Der Geräuschpegel im Zimmer war sehr hoch durch Musik aus dem Fitnesscenter und dem Pub (bis zu 74 dB). Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt stark heruntergekommen. Die Vorhänge waren ausgerissen und zu kurz, sodass keine vollständige Abdunkelung möglich war. Das Fenster war auf einer Seite undicht. An Wänden, Decke und Fensterbereichen waren deutliche Feuchtigkeits- und Wasserschäden mit abblätternder Farbe und Verfärbungen sichtbar (siehe Fotos). Im Badezimmer gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Abfluss, mehrere Armaturen waren defekt. Der Spiegel war viel zu hoch angebracht. Zudem reichte das Warmwasser nicht einmal für zwei Personen.

Det lå godt lige ved siden af et center, men uden for centrum. Pool var fint.

Det var et meget underligt overnatningssted. Boligerne kan man knap not kalde suiter, men mere hjemmebygget rum. Der stod en kande på gulvet til at samle airconditioner vand op med, der dryppede brunt vand ned fra loftet flere steder i rummet, deriblandt ned i sengen hvilket var vildt ulækkert. Der stod et køleskab midt i det hele, der var intet i indretningen der gav nogen mening. Overhovedet ingen udsigt og kun et vindue kan åbnet, dog vil man ikke ha det åbnet da baren larmer ekstremt meget fredag og lørdag. Virkelig ikke et sted jeg kan anbefale til nogen eller nogensinde vil komme igen.

Avantgarde hotel F I N G E R W E G!!!! Nicht täuschen lassen von den tollen Bildern. Es stimmt Vorn und Hinten nicht. Sowas schäbiges für den Preis. Reinste Abzocke. Extrem Laut, die Nächte sind der reinste Tortur und Horror. Von Früh bis Abends ein gehämmere v. Fitnessstudio und am Abend bis über 2 Uhr Nachts ein gejaule von dem Restaurant irgendwelche Sänger. Es wackelt alles im Zimmer vor lauter Lärm. Da sitzt eine alte Dame am Empfang die zugleich die Putzfrau ist. Kein Computer nichts. Muss per Handy ihrem Chef durchgeben dass der Gast da ist. Rooftop und Fitnessstudio ist Super. Darf man mitbenutzen, gehört nicht zum "Hotel

Die Bilder auf Booking. Die Damen die dort arbeitet tut alles und war so hilfsbereit.

Der Wohnblock ist bis zum Zimmer sehr herabkommend. Sehr hellhörige Türen und unser Fenster von Zimmer 5 war auf einer Seite nicht abgedichtet mit der Wand. Am meisten störten mich die Vorhänge die nicht richtig verdunkelten.
