Great place to stay for a few nights in New Belgrade

It was very clean, and everything you could need was there except maybe a couch or table to sit on (there was only a high table). For me, that was sufficient. I was there to see a concert at the Sava Centar so it was great to stay in walking distrance from the venue. Also, lots of (free) transport options around. I also liked the balcony. Staying here made me feel a bit like a Belgrade local :-)

I felt communications were a bit unclear. Apparently, I could pay in euros so I went to the city centre for nothing since I wanted to change money first. Also, I had to wait 10 min for someone to come with the key and I missed how to open the building door. Not the worst things, but it reminded me why I prefer hotels as you don't have to deal with this hassle. Also, it was a bit noisy. There are three apartments in total and the other guests were coming and going a lot and I could hear them talking on the corridor. With earplugs it was okay.

Great overnight stay!

It was a great size, for 4 people. Beds are really comfortable and big (king size). Overall a great place.

Troublseome.

It was okay, it is a very old building and amidst multiple resident area so not much to do around. Rooms were okay.

The landlady messages you on whatsapp and says the price needs to be given in cash , when asked to show where it’s mentioned online as I might have missed it she said “ she doesn’t have time to show that” , also when converting money to local currency it charges you more and she gives you no option then to pay in cash and more, I ended up paying 20 pounds extra just due to that also there is problem with money exchanger, I went to attend conference but half of the time had to run after this money exchange problem missing my conference which was not a good experience and landlady will give you time but keeps on texting. When I said I am trying to transfer money or get change she became aggressive saying that I am joking and perhaps don’t wanna give money, I asked for bank details to transfer money but she gave me wrong details or perhaps non compatible to transfer ones, so overall not a good experience. Ensure you have exact euros available otherwise you will end up with lots of trouble and will end up paying extra which is not worth it. Poor experience unfortunately

Great time, everything was perfect!

For us was a great location, we were at a Concert in Sava Center, 10 min walk, Bus station nearby, also nice Bistros .

Great apartment, right next to the Belgrade Arena!

Everything was great, clean, big apartment with 2 sleeping rooms, comfy beds and windows that block any street noise (although it's a very quiet street nevertheless). I will definitely visit again, if I need an apartment in New Belgrade!

Pleasant

Location is perfect and it is the biggest advantage of this accommodation. It is good value for money, as it was cheap, but don't expect a lot. Sheets had small holes, and bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Check in went smoothly, the lady was nice.

it was exactly what we need - stay one night for further travel no issues at all can accommodate four adults water heater was on so we did not need to wait WiFi was good

Great value.

Location is great, close to the arena. The rooms are bigger than I expected, plus extra bed was a surprise. Really great value for the price. Wi-fi was working great, so I think everything is settled. Great place

Nothing, to be honest. Maybe a small obstacle was to find the appartment as I am not familiar with Belgrade, but overall everything was good.

The location was great!

The hygiene, was at very low level. The balcony was not cleaned at all, and the toilet seemed like it was not cleaned before our stay. Also there were only 2 towels for the whole stay.

Everything was excellent. The key pickup was easy, the apartment is in a great location, and parking in the blue zone is very close to the apartment. The apartment is very warm during cold winter days. It's also very clean and comfortable.

bathroom was awful! toilet you couldnt normally flush. bed wasnt comfortable. It was too expensive for what you get.
