location & food
cleaning - the outdoor area, comunal areas and room would need a bit of work to be in a liveable condition. the shower toiletries were so disgusting, couldn't even think to use them

Cosy room in a brilliant location - overlooking the lake and only a short walk from Annecy.
Very nice bathroom
We arrived very late and the staff were very accommodating and gave us the info to get in out of hours - very helpful so thank you!
Free parking outside too!
Hairs on pillow and quite a dirty floor.
We got woken up by someone coming into our room even though it was locked
