A Beautiful Property Lovingly Maintained!

Although breakfast was not included, our host provided us with copious gifts of food. Pastries, cereals, fruit, cider, fruit juices, butter, jam - the list was endless. We certainly did not need to go out and buy breakfast. Also, a wide array of toiletries, soap and gel was on hand. Geraldine was a generous and very helpful host. Our overall feeling was that this is a greatly loved property and that the host truly wants her guests to feel at home.

Nothing. However, a word of warning: the stairs from groundfloor reception to the rooms are uneven and quite difficult to navigate, maybe a problem for elderly guests - happily, not for us.

A little gem in Honfleur

Fantastic stay chez Géraldine. Great location just over 10’ minutes walk from the centre of Honfleur. Parking spot included. I also treated myself to a massage by Valérie (at the guest house) and it was wonderful.

Perfect, fantastic, wonderful, peaceful, sweet, amazing.

The location is great. You can walk into the downtown area and get anything you need. In addition to the wonderful rooms, there is living room space as well as outside space to relax in if you choose (and weather permits). The rooms we stayed in are set up with a kitchenette and Geraldine personally sees to it that you are well cared for (right down to the homemade cakes and jams) - it feels like she has thought of everything - she is a true gem - this is a very special place.

Great place to stay

Booked at short notice. Communication from host was great both before arrival & during our stay checking if we needed more milk/juice, clean towels. On-site parking is a must for us and this was no problem. Lovely building, bedroom comfortable & useful to have a fridge, table & chairs and kitchen items. Geraldine was very friendly, went above & beyond with her hospitality, thoughtful touches and home baked cakes & jams. Very informative about the area. Lovely outdoor seating area (to make the most of exceptional sunshine). Property is a 12-15 minute walk into the centre of Honfleur. We would definitely stay again.

A very comfortable, convenient and classy place to stay if visiting Honfleur.

I thought the accommodation was faultless. The rooms were presented in a classy style and to an immaculate standard. They were beautiful, light and spacious in an old building that had been renovated. Lots of thought and little details were included. The beds was so comfortable, the bathrooms clean and beautifully done. The accommodation was away from the town centre of Honfleur but within easy walking distance (10 mins). Thus, quiet but convenient. Our host was Geraldine who was obviously so keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We set up WhatsApp contact so she was available to help and she kindly booked dinner for us on both nights. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you are heading to Honfleur.

Beautiful place, great atmosphere, big garden, good location and friendly host.

Beautiful place, clean, very friendly and helpfull host. We loved the several terraces in the sun and the shadow in the garden of the house. Very close to the centre of Honfleur, but not in the bussy area. Enough private kitchen facilities (in the kitchen low ceilling, but that is not a big problem) Would go here again.

A fantastic stay in Honfleur

This is a great room to have for exploring the area, as it's a 10 minute walk into Honfleur, there is on site parking, and a fabulous garden to relax in after a busy day. It was quiet at night and also during the day. The host Geraldine is lovely and very happy to help.

Beautiful and relaxed.

It's a great location with a very sweet host, the room was clean and the place is quiet. Perfect for a little "Old French" getaway.

The room was in an old pink style, we definitely did not expect that and there was no actual stand up shower, it was a tub with the detachable showerhead. The ceiling in the bathroom is slanted, so if you are tall, you can forget about a comfortable shower.

De vriendelijke ontvangst van Geraldine. Heerlijke zelfgebakken lavacake met vanillesaus. Iedere dag jus oranje en melk, koffie en zelfgemaakte jam in de koelkast. Je hoeft alleen nog broodjes te halen voor je ontbijt.Een prachtige romantische kamer met oog op kleine details. En als je dan ook nog kan genieten van een drankje op het terras is je vakantie compleet. We komen zeker nog een keer terug maar dan wat langer!

Sehr schön renoviertes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer in einem alten Haus. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Wirtin. Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten aber man konnte es sich gut selbst zubereiten. Kühlschrank, Spüle, Geschirr, kleiner Esstisch waren vorhanden. Sitzgelegenheiten und Sonnenliegen im Garten. Parkplatz kostenlos direkt beim Haus

Die Dekorationsgegenstände waren zwar hübsch, etwas weniger davon hätten uns mehr Ablageflächen ermöglicht. Im Sommer kann es in dem (nicht klimatisierten) Zimmer recht heiß werden, da unterm Dach.

Wunderschönes Zimmer in einem historischen Gebäude.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet . Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war sehr zuvorkommend. Selbstgebackene Muffins, Kaffee etc. standen für uns bereit. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen!

Propriété magnifique 🤩

Propriété magnifique 🤩, très bien entretenue, belle bâtisse. Très bien située à pied du centre ville. Propreté impeccable. Géraldine nous a accueilli comme si nous faisions partie de la famille, d'une extrême gentillesse et aux petits soins. Des muffins aux poires succulents, un bon jus d'oranges, les dosettes Nespresso à discrétion. La chambre est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de classe et que dire de cet escalier magnifique. La terrasse dans le jardin juste parfaite.

Un seul bémol pour mon mari qui est grand....la salle de bain mansardée où il se cognait la tête au-dessus des WC et en se levant de la baignoire....mais pas très grave 😉
