Excellent location next to dive shop and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, helping to organise scooter rental. Room was very spacious, with an outdoor area to sit. Room was also very clean, with free water and a generous late check out. They also organised a taxi pick up from airport.

One of our best accommodation in Thailand, nice room and nice people.

Everything is very good: the location - eateries, shops, 7ELEVEns, pharmacy and the beach are close, the room is spacious, nice, well maintained, quiet and clean - it was one of our best accommodation in Thailand and we have been there a few times in the last few years, and the staff - I believe family members - are also nice and informative. The buffet breakfast provided has a good selection of western and local food, the restaurant onsite offers nice meals - we have eaten there a few times too. There is also a travel agency onsite, so it is convenient for arranging trips. If we will go to Khao Lak again, we'll definitely stay here. Tip: if using the Phuket - Surat Thani bus, ask the reception for approximate time and bus stop location (which is slightly opposite of the hotel at the other side of the road) - I believe it was between 15:00 - 16:00, but that can change.

Really clean and nice place with amazing staff. For the price especially, we were shocked at how nice it was. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Best beds I've stayed on during this trip, in both rooms we stayed in (we went back after our liveaboard!)

Love people and amazing stay

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very friendly and helpful staff. They were AMAZING! Very comfortable (big) room! We could easily rent a scooter there for a good price; you will need a scooter to reach the best beaches tho! Everything was perfect, one of the best stays in Thailand. After our live aboard we went back, cause we wanted to stay one more night, but unfortunately they were fully booked.

Breakfast was okay, but rather basic. :)

Nice and clean Hotel right at the main road. Not too loud though. Very friendly staff. Good value. Walls are thin though, if guests next doors are loud, you will hear it. Otherwise quiet, even during the day despite the buisy road. Also a good option to book your transport to Phuket airport for a good price. Good selection of breakfast options. Not much to do in the hotel, esp when staying longer, but that did not bother me.

I liked this place!

This is a town hotel next to main road. I got huge clean room with big bathroom. Bed was big and really good quality. Aircondition was effective and quiet. Ipark place front of the room .Breafast included my room price. I got coffee, juice, bread, jam and banana. perhaps eggs , ham etc. can order separately at separate price?

Peaceful and unforgettable!

The sweetest staff ever, very accommodating. It has an amazing restaurant with delicious food. Great location, a 30 minute walk to the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. We also discovered the best restaurant we’ve been to in Khao Lak just in front of the hotel! ❤️

If you’re using the laundry service, make sure you organise with them which date and time you need them back to avoid any stress.

Beautiful clean room

The room is spacious, clean and has a beautiful view! The balcony is connected through floor to ceiling glass doors which open up the room even more and let’s lots of light in. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed longer than anticipated.

Unfortunately they don’t offer breakfast in the low season but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast is really good, so testy. There are many menu breakfast you can choose fried eggs, scamble eggs, ...pancake with honey, boiled rice, and sandwich. They made fresh in each served. All staff are so friendly and so kind. They help me a lot. Hotel also have motorbike for rent with good price. Easy to walk to the beach it is not far. I like this place.

Wonderfull and comeback again

All staff are so friendly, helpful and nice. I buy breakfast in the morning at the hotel, so testy and fresh. Room is very clean and comfortble. You can walk to the beach 1 kg, I think it is good for exercise :) Many restuarant around hotel and 7-11 you can walk, very convenient. I love Srichada Hotel.

Room was a bit small and dark, perfect if you are not spending a lot of time inside, but since I had to work, it was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast options were very limited

Rooms were decent without being exceptional.

Reception staff were not friendly. Zero smiles and next to no acknowledgement of your presence. Most unfriendly Thai reception ever experienced in Thailand. Too far from beaches. No electricity throughout the day but I believe this issue is for the whole region.

My room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Besides lodging they also offer laundry service, tours, motobike rental, private cab service, etc. ATMs, 7-Eleven, restaurants were within walking distance. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.
