We were booked and paid for 5 nights. Left after the first night and found alternative clean accommodation

Nothing about this property to like

The room provided for our stay was disgusting, dirty smelly pillows. Towels full of holes. Bathroom equipment filthy and clearly not been cleaned for some time.

A nice and cosy stay in Khao Lak to those who want to avoid the noise and the tourist areas.

Very nice staff and very clean. The location is good, not far from the beach but away from the noisy streets. Very friendly and confortable. The room was big and the services effective (laundry, breakfast).

A bit more of information on the services available and the ways of doing things would have been better.

The room was dirty, everything needs a lot of renovation, breakfast was poor, the staff could be nicer. The beds are old, and with dirty linens, there is no everyday room cleaning.

It was OK

The room was large and comfortable, there’s a restaurant, location is good. And there’s a dog. Most of the staff were very friendly and the owner was very helpful in organizing tours and transportation.

All the other tourists And staff were Being very loud, and scraping their furniture around all morning long Making it impossible to sleep. They could do a much better job cleaning. The food was hit or miss, depending on who cooked it.

Convenient!

For what you pay for, this stay definitely had good value for money! It was close to a beach and very convenient to the bus/van stops in Khao Lak (for the backpackers travelling). Rooms were clean and it is nice for those looking for a budget accomodation with a private bedroom and bathroom. Overall I am glad to have booked it!

I would come back

The room was big and it was very quiet. I stayed there for a couple of weeks and for me it was the right place to feel at home. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

The warmth and hospitality of Wandee and her staff is top notch. I was doing everything at the last minute, and I had a nice comfy place waiting for me after a long trek from Bali. Laundry service is amazing too! I came here to stay before hopping on a liveaboard for the Surin and Similan islands.

Staff was really friendly and it was quiet at night. The owner has a cooking school right on the property.

Compared to other places in Thailand, laundry is quite expensive with 60thb/kg. And walls are thin as paper, you can even hear people snoring and coughing in the other rooms.

Not really close to the beach, located in a quiet place, better rent a motorbike. Nice cooking classroom just there.

Payment method: payed with card, than asked to pay with cash when arrived, they refound me but I lost 40 thb in commission

Lovely staff! So super friendly. Helped me with transport to my next destination. They also have the cutest cat and dog. Room was spacious and clean. Everything was super clean in general.

I could hear the AC from the other rooms at night, which was a bit annoying since Im a light sleeper.

Great host & service, we feel like home!

Great stay at Wandee’s guesthouse… mainly because of Wandee who is a really nice host ! very devoted and helpful ! Besides, the place is really nice to chill at, with Wandee’s cooking school next door as well where you can meet people, have breakfast, coffee/tea, and have cooking lesson! The rooms are comfortable, clean, with AC and a small space outside. Way better than all the Khao Lak hotels and more friendly than all the touristy resorts!

beautiful location, very quiet as it's a bit away from the main street and surrounded by plants and flowers. the staff was very nice and helpful, we could get our laundry done and borrow scooter right there. would definitively stay there again!

Homely vibes for great value

Great place to call home when exploring Khao Lak. We orginally booked 2 nights and ended up extending to a whole week as we were happy at Les Fleurs. The room is big enough, with cupboard and desk if needed. The beds are big and fairly comfortable and you have your own wee terrace with table and chairs too. The place was clean and we were offered new towels etc when extending stay. There is a resident cat too and is friendly and enjoys company, she will come into your room if you let her 😊 great value for money

The only downsound to our stay was a family staying across hall from us with a young child who was awfully misbehaved and screamed all morning and all night. This is in no way the owner or hotels fault, the lady let us know when they were checking out so we could make a decision whether to leave or not. Luckily the checked out the day after we arrived 😂

Really friendly and helpful host. Motorbike available to hire easily. Meals also available at extra cost. Air con and Wi-Fi worked well. Comfortable enough bed. Nice outside area to relax in. Spacious room. Many restaurants in short walking distance

Peccato perché ha del potenziale..

Posizione in centro a Khao Lak comoda per i ristoranti e negozi. Colazione economica e preparata al momento. In spiaggia si accede passando vicino ai resort in 10/15 minuti a piedi. È una delle poche strutture economiche in centro a Khao Lak.

Muro della doccia sporco e ragnatele in alcune parti della camera. Pavimento non pulitissimo. Lavandino piccolo e scomodo. In generale le foto della struttura sono migliori rispetto alla realtà.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch die Lage ist super. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus war nicht schön! Sehr hellhörig! Unterm Bett könnte man auch mal sauber machen!

Gemütliches Guesthouse

Sehr hübsche, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Geräumige, hübsch und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Leise Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Beim Duschen setzt man mit etwas Vorsicht das Bad nicht gleich unter Wasser; das ist in Thailand nicht immer so. Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn das Personal mal nicht völlig mit Kochkursen ausgelastet ist, kann man auch preiswert sehr sehr lecker essen (Voranmeldung!).

Die Hälfte der Zimmer blickt direkt auf die Wand des Nachbarhotels mit allen Klimaanlagen. Aber auch diese Zimmer sind innen schön und hell.

Personnel qui ne répond meme pas quand on dit bonjour (en plus en thai) Clients non respectueux et ne respectent pas le sommeil des autres (Il pourrait y avoir ecrit pour rappel Merci de respecter le sommeil des autres si vous rentrez tard) Sachant qu’avec le cannabis et la bière pas chère les gens sont tres bruyants quand ils rentrent la nuit Le personnel oublie de balayer sous le lit J’ai retrouvé plusieurs jouets d’enfants sans compter une tonne de saleté Le tour de lit est noir de crasse car il traîne au sol Le lit est très dur et on sent les ressorts

Habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Ich war jetzt 4 Wochen im „Les Fleurs House“ und sehr zufrieden. In einer kleinen Seitenstraße zentral gelegen: Geschäfte, Restaurants, Massage zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Am Strand ist man in 10-15 Minuten. Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Größe mit allem, was man braucht und einer kleinen Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich - Wandee, die Chefin, sowieso. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hat sie immer ein offenes Ohr und ist gern behilflich.

„Nicht gefallen“ ist der falsche Ausdruck, aber ein oder zwei Regalbretter im Schrank und ein Safe im Zimmer wären schön gewesen.

Séjour mitigé, peut-être pas représentatif de l’expérience habituelle.

La rue est calme, l’emplacement est pratique, la chambre est spacieuse et la présence d’un frigo et d’une bouilloire est un vrai plus.

Nous avons été un peu déçus, surtout au vu des commentaires très positifs lus avant notre séjour. L’accueil et le service étaient très limités , la chambre n’avait pas bien été nettoyée avant notre arrivée, et le balcon était assez triste . Les linges et le tapis de sol mériteraient vraiment d’être remplacés. Il est demandé de laisser les clés à la réception quand on sort, mais il n’y avait malheureusement jamais personne.

Heerlijk plekje dichtbij alles wat je nodig hebt.

De locaties is top! Scooter huren zeer gemakkelijk. Ontbijt is prima.

We dachten dat overal een mooi uitzicht op de tuin was, dat bleek niet zo te zijn. We keken uit op een muur met airco. Gelukkig was er nog een andere kamer vrij.
