The property did not honor confirmed booking.

Woman owner refused to honor our confirmed booking and even just show us the room. Very probably she did not like the price set when the room was booked half a year before our planed stay and rented the room to somebody else for higher price. She simply called Booking.com and asked them to cancel our booking for some made up reasons for our "violation of property rules". To our shock Booking.com did not bother to contact us and happily canceled our booking.

Basic room with significant comfort issues

Location was good.

The room was quite dark, and there was constant noise from the street. The window did not close properly, so cigarette smoke and the smell of weed from neighbors came into the room. On top of that, there was no soundproof and loud door slamming from nearby rooms was very disturbing late at night. Also I had some questions but staff was never at the reception.

Friendly, welcoming, and perfectly located

I stayed for five nights, originally booking four, and was kindly offered a different room for my fifth night, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent and very central, and I received a warm welcome throughout my stay. The manager is kind, attentive, and thoughtful, and her care was genuinely felt. During my stay, I also booked a trip with Wandee to visit the elephants and enjoy bamboo rafting, which was a truly enjoyable experience. The option to be picked up directly from the residence made everything easy and stress-free. As a solo traveller during a busy season, it was reassuring to be met with such kindness and consideration. I’m very grateful for the hospitality shown to me and wish her every blessing and a prosperous 2026 ahead.

Everything great. Bit annoying that when you leave the room with the key there is no electricity (can’t charge devices while you are out). The rest was super great.

It’s ok

The location is great, near to the beach entrance. The room is spacious and breakfast is ok

The room has a bit humidity smell. The linen was with 2 big holes, that they removed when we told her. But I didn’t spect to have to say that. We also have a misunderstanding with the breakfast and the owner was really rude (I also have to say when she realized that she was wrong, she come immediately to apologize us, but you cannot go with that mood to speak with anyone, customer or not).

The room was very neat and perfectly clean. It was not only the bed and the floor, but also the washroom was spotless. We would like to give them 10/10.

I found nothing that I didn't like. It was absolutely perfect!!! It has made our memorable trip to Phi Phi Islands. This is Amazing Thailand.

Very good

For the price its a good stay. Clean and comfy, and close to Restaurant's and Bar's. It's a 15min walk to the beach.

- We missed a fridge. - They didn't give us lots of infomations about breakfast, activities and stuff like that. - In room nr 4 there are no windows. - The closest beach is not really beautiful. We recommend renting a bike or hiring a taxi to get to white sand beach.

very specious and clean, super quiet without any disturbance. location was convenient as it was a walking distance to the shops, beaches and restaurants. the owners were super nice as well. we extended our stay for an extra night

Room was ok.

Cool atmosphere after I criticiced her rental of Motor bike. She gave me a bike with a broken and hard steering System. And gave back money. Please take this away from booking.com.Not friendly. I never had this in Thailand.

In the map it looks a throw of a stone from the beach, but you actually have to walk extra since the sea access is blocked by the resorts. The wifi was good enough to stream movies etc, but not to work/make videocalls.

Cosy and relaxed stay

- Nice, clean rooms. - Very friendly and extremely helpful host. - I checked around for tours and it turned out, that the hotel offered the best prices - good and useful tips for day trips on your own and also for getting around in Thailand with not Al buses - I can only recommend to stay here. Also check out Sakai bar (good cocktails and nice vibe) and Walker's Inn a bit further downhill for excellent and fair priced Thai and western food (e.g. Wiener Schnitzel) and watching Rugby and other sports

Friendly staff. At first we were in the room with fan, which was really hot during the day, but then she asked if we would like to stay in bungalow and that was super. It was with fan but more fresh and lot of windows with nice own big terrace. No need for aircon.

Backpacker-friendly hostel

Backpackers-friendly hostel, close to beach and any restaurants. Easy to book tours from here. I stood only 2 nights but I will definitely come back. Room was clean. Good menu for both breakfast and lunch. The staff was so friendly and helpful while I was there.

Se avete la sfiga che ho avuto io di finire in una camera che da sulla strada,scordatevi di dormire di notte perchè passano ad ogni ore auto e camion. Ps attenzione ai letti che hanno il basamento di legno che sporge 20 cm dal materasso e ci picchi delle botte che ti spaccano tibia e perone

La struttura si trova sulla strada principale, molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi ristoranti, bar e minimarket. Le camere sono pulite, a prezzi ragionevoli e non lontane dalla spiaggia. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile.
