Super price for a very acceptable accommodation.
This is a very simple and functional accommodation for a great price quality balance. The staff is very nice and helpful with any questions or problems you may have. A simple and fresh breakfast is offered in case you would like to save time and search for other options. The washing machine is available and as well plenty of space to dry your stuff.

Clean room, good air condition, friendly staff
Own fridge would be good in the room. Location a bit off if you don’t have scooter like I had. Pool area could be nicer (chairs etc).

Not as good as I expected from the reviews
The hotel is located 15min by foot from the bar street.
The beds are (as often in Thailand) extremely hard and the pillows fully stuffed and uncomfortable, at least for me as backsleeper. One night I rarely slept and canceled the booking that was planned for after my dive safari. The bathroom lamp was flickering which was super stressful in the morning when waking up. Overall I didn't like it and would not come back, sorry.
