Quiet and luxurious apartment, just outside Bolzano.

Very quiet location, right in the middle of apple trees and wine grapes. Lovely little garden with a very nice and clean swimming pool and outdoor spa. View of the mountains and the castle from windows and terrace. Very clean, full kirchen. Large and very nice bathroom. Bed large and comfy, better than my own. Lots of space for clothes. Walking distance to busstop, free busses with the Bolzano card, which was included in the rent for the whole duration. Loved the wine, preserves and coffee already there at checkin. Very nice and fast communication with owner. We hope to be back soon.

A lovely spacious house with everything needed, very hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts. Really loved the pool and the terrace with a wonderful view of the castle and the mountains. Would love to come back ☺️

Wonderful week in Bolzano.

Very comfortable and private apartment on the third floor of the owners home located in a quiet area outside Bolzano city center with good access to the “wine route” and highways. Easy drive to the city center and wineries in the area as well as Merano. Very welcoming hosts. My husband and I stayed for a week and will definitely be back and recommend it to our friends.

Lack of english channels on the TV but in our experience, this is very common on apartment rentals throughout Italy.

Posto molto accogliente e curato, con tutte le comodità.

Perfetto se automuniti, altrimenti risulta un po' isolato dai servizi e dal centro. In macchina, in orario di punta, si raggiunge benissimo il centro di Bolzano in circa un quarto d'ora, altrimenti anche in minor tempo.

Wunderbarer Urlaub mitten im Obstgarten-

die Lage ist extrem schön, sehr ruhig, mitten im Obstgarten und trotzdem zentral nach Bozen zu erreichen.

Diese Unterkunft können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen

wir waren Selbstversorger, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirrspüler. Das Apartment 3 ist sehr empfehlenswert. Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Mit der Bozenkarte konnten wir alles gratis benutzen sogar diverse Bergbahnen. Die Gastgeben waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr offen für all unsere Fragen. Die Lage sehr ruhig inmitten von Apfelplantagen und schöner Aussicht auf das Schloss Sigmundskron.

Die Trennwand zur Wohnung nebenan könnte etwas geschlossener sein, sodass mehr Privatsphäre vorhanden wäre.

Schöne Wohnung mit großartiger Lage in den Apfelplantagen.

Die Lage der Wohnung im Haupthaus ist wunderbar mitten in den Apfelplantagen. Petra ist eine reizende und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung steht. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und ein Glas selbstgemachte Marmelade, zum Abschied ein paar Äpfel. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage war prima für Ausflüge nach Bozen und in die Umgebung. Vom kleinen Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf Burg Siegmundskron.

Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber man sollte wissen, dass das kleine Schlafzimmer ein „gefangenes“ Zimmer ist, das vom Schlafzimmer abgeht und keine eigene Klimaanlage hat. Mit offener Tür ist das aber kein Problem. Etwas schade ist, dass die tolle große Terrasse eine Etage tiefer ist als die Wohnung (ein Tablett wäre hier toll, damit man unten essen kann) und leider keinen Sonnenschutz hat.

Mooi compleet appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Zeer compleet, nieuw appartement (2 jaar oud). Overkapt terras, waardoor je altijd buiten kunt leven, ook tijdens een regenbui. Mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht. Direct toegang tot zwembad met jacuzzi.

Super Ferienwohnung!

Ruhige Lage in den Apfelplantagen mit Blick über den Swimmingpool auf Schloss Sigmundskron, Blick aus der Wohnung und von der Terrasse super! . Nur drei Ferienwohnungen , die versetzt nebeneinander und mit Trennvorrichtungen an den überdachten Terasse angeordnet sind, so dass Privatheit gewahrt wird. Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, auch z. B. Gewürze und Kapseln für Kaffee vorhanden. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Allenfalls: Bozen Card, mit der öff. Verkehrsmittel (Bus, Bahn, Seilbahn) kostenlos benutzt werden können, wurde erst auf Nachfrage, dann aber prompt übermittelt.

Voor ons perfect, alles klopt hier !!

Gelegen aan de rand van Bolzano. In een groene oase van rust liggen 3 gelijkvloerse geschakelde appartementen/bungalows en voor de afkoeling een leuk zwembad erbij. Alles is ruim en comfortabel opgezet. Heerlijke ruime bedden. Zo hoort een verblijf anno 2025 altijd te zijn, complement !!!! Zowel foto's als omschrijving is zeer correct omschreven. Zonder op de openbare weg ,kun je met gebruikmaking van fietspaden overal komen. Bozen is zeer fietsvriendelijk. Heb je geen fiets meegenomen dan kun je die daar in de buurt ook huren.

Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Mooi appartement, zeer rustig gelegen . Zeer vriendelijke familie( wonen naast accommodatie) Nieuw, kraaknet! Pure ontspanning aan het zwembad .

We misten airco , maar dat zal ons zeker niet tegenhouden om opnieuw te boeken . Er is een goed ventilatiesysteem.

Savoir Vivre im Südtirol

Die Wohnung liegt in ca. 10.Min. von der nächsten Busstation entfernt und wir haben von der Gastgeberin die Bozencard erhalten. Die Wohnung ist im grünen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alle nötigen Küchengeräte vorhanden und man muss nur sehr wenig selber mitbringen.

Einen Teil des Weges zur Busstation muss man eine vielbefahrene Strasse überqueren (ohne Zebrastreifen). Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein gehalten und hat keine Klimaanlage. Die Dachwohnung ist für ältere Personen recht mühsam, da die Treppe relativ eng ist.

Traumunterkunft

- traumhaftes Apartment in dem man sich direkt wohl und wie zuhause fühlt - sehr bequemes Bett, grosse begehbare Dusche - gedeckter Autounterstand direkt vor der Haustür - grosser Pool & daneben ein Whirlpool - wunderbare Aussicht auf Obst- und Weinfelder & Burg - guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren - nahe Zentrum Bozen - sehr freundliche Owner Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, wären definitiv noch länger geblieben und werden es gerne weiterempfehlen.

Grundsätzlich alles perfekt und nicht wirklich was zu bemängeln :-) Vlt. als Vorschläge: Ein kleines Schneidebrett fürs Kochen, Backpapier & Ofenschüssel für den Backofen. Das vorhandene Olivenöl & Essig in der Küche ersetzen.

Super erholsamer Aufenthaltsort

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Apartment war sehr schön und sauber und mit allem, was es braucht eingerichtet. Whirpool und Swimming Pool waren noch das higlight. Ruhige Lage und schöne Aussicht. Nahe bei Veloweg. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei diesem Apartment nur empfehlen.
