Super séjour en famille dans cet hôtel. Étape de 2 nuits durant notre voyage à travers les Alpes japonaises. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Quand on arrive ça sent bon le bois qui chauffe. Les onsen privés et publics sont très agréables. Chambre typique traditionnelle, idem pour le petit déjeuner et dîner. Kamikochi est à côté pour une belle promenade au milieu de la forêt et de la rivière. Je recommande vraiment d’y aller.

Poco, la struttura ERA bella ma ora è abbastanza fatiscente.
La reception estremamente scortese , hotel vuoto , praticamente sole 4 camere occupate su 30 ma rifiuto più completo di fare il check inn persino un;ora prime.
Stessa cosa al check out delle 10,io richiesta di 2000 yen a persona in più per fare il check out alle 11.00 per ragioni di autobus…. Dopo aver pagato 75.000 Yen per 1 -notte e con l’albergo VUOTO lo trovo assurdo e offensivo.
