The warmth of the place is something hard to explain. The moment you enter the reception area you feel surrounded by this calm and welcoming vibe.It was one of the most beautiful moments of our trip and I am so grateful to our hosts!
Ther is nothing that I could complain about!
Ther we're not great at speaking English but they did their best to make us feel welcomed and cared for.

An amazing traditional onsen to stay in. Absolutely delicious food and wonderful friendly staff. Much easier if you hire a car and drive rather than rely on public transport - the onsen is beautiful right by the river and waterfall

Very good overall experience, the room is spacious and beautiful, the environment is quiet and serene, the staffs are helpful and friendly, the food is exception!
