A quirky small friendly hotel located in a great part of Varna

The location of the hotel was fabulous for the old city. There were bars, cafes and restaurants in a very close stroll. All the major attractions: beaches, gardens and museums are near by. The hotel staff were delightful: friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon on the rooftop terrance which is brilliant. Breakfast was good and the bar area was lovely. We really enjoyed the slightly quirky nature of the hotel. The room was kept super clean and when we needed smaller pillows the response was immediate.

We did feel that the rating of the hotel given by others was a little generous - it was described as a spacious modern studio but it was not close to being spacious. Perfectly adequate but we barely had room to store our suitcase and it was not possible for two people to walk around the end of the bed. The bed itself was small, shoehorned into one corner. Pillows were high and uncomfortable. The description mentions a balcony - it would not be un reasonable to assume this would be suitable for 2 people but in reality, the balcony was less than 1m x 1m with a tiny table and single chair. So yes, a good hotel but we were surprised at the rating as I'd describe the room as small/average with a decor that was a little tired.

Личи си старанието и любовта, вложени в обзавеждането и концепцията; леглата да изключително удобни, възглавницата -по вкуса ми; декорацията -концептуална и оригинална. Улицата е хем близо до гарата, хем скатана, а сградата е пример за интелигентно оползотворяване на пространството. Аз бях в Музикалната стая :)

Много сме впечатлени от престоя си в хотела! Атмосферата е уютна и спокойна, всичко е поддържано в безупречна чистота, а стаята беше снабдена с абсолютно всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Терасата е просто великолепна – просторна, с прекрасен изглед, идеална за почивка и релакс. Персоналът е изключително любезен, усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне с всичко. Още от първия момент се почувствахме добре дошли и специални гости. Локацията също е отлична – едновременно близо до морето и до центъра, което прави престоя още по-удобен. С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново и препоръчваме този хотел на всеки, който търси комфорт, гостоприемство и истинска почивка!

Great small luxury getaway in the heart of the sea capital

Hosts were great!!! Everything was perfect, breakfast was super tasty in a chill athmosphere, beds were comfy with lots of pillows, towels smelled as perfumed, clean and quiet rooms for a great relax....

Excellent location - right near the train station, walkable, 15 mins taxi to the airport and easily walkable to shopping, restaurants & sites etc. The owners of the Hotel were absolutely lovely, very helpful! Would definitely stay again.

We loved this hotel, spotlessley clean, very comfy beds, friendly staff who booked a taxi for us. I loved the rooftop terrace and the location was perfect. The cafe bar was cool and funky with delicous looking food. Thanks for a great stay!

Location: walking distance to sea garden, beach and city centre Room: clean, little balcony was nice for the longer stay. Team: Friendly, always willing to help, send flowers to the room for my birthday which was a nice touch.

Het ontbijt. Dit was het meest goed verzorgde ontbijt wat we ons konden bedenken. En we hebben er al vaak gegeten.

Stayed here 4 times now, always nice and easy, checked in at 1am with code provided Love the themed rooms (mine was themed around the era of elvis Presley) microphone looking light fittings (no they aren’t recording lol), classic phone like your grandma had, a lot of love and care gone into it Will always stay here when flying in

A very hospitable hotel

The host is exceptionally helpful and pleasant. He prepared individual breakfasts for us each day and left a complementary bottle of wine and cookies in the room. The hotel is in a quiet area but not too far from the beach or the town centre.

Both the fridge and the air conditioning struggled to cool things down. The shower leaked some water onto the floor. We were upgraded to a larger room, but it was still rather small, with just a tiny balcony.

Exceptional

I highly recommend this place!!! As a family run business Drago, the host definitely knows his stuff. His experience in treating guests is superb. Made me feel so at home. The rooms are a reflection of his love for music and I happen to experience that by staying there. It is spotless clean. Drago's warmth and good nature help guests feel comfortable and at ease especially when you're a solo traveller. He kindly offered for me to leave my luggage (knapsack) when I went for a day tour and pick it up in the afternoon once I'm done. He knew my train journey to Sofia is in the night time, offered that I can stay for a bit if I have no other plans. (Although the deli is open until 5pm and it's their family space from that time onwards). I feel like I have overstayed my welcome and I cannot thank them enough. To Drago, Plumena and Diana, I will forever cherish the beautiful memories and wonderful experience. Thank you for showing me how wonderful people are in Varna 😘

All you need from a place in the town center is gathered in this family managed hotel. Breakfast is a must!!! Great coffee, great food, very polite and friendly attitude. Small details that can make your day.

Unfortunately it is a paid parking in the area during daytime, but that is the price to be in a walking distance from every sightseeing spot in the town.

Good location, good breakfast, good staff. So far it's the best hotel in Varna I've visited. You should definitely order omelette and try sandwiches there, it's really tasty food and friendly atmosphere!
