Останах изключително доволен от престоя си в този хостел! Мястото е много чисто, уютно и добре поддържано. Стаите леглата са удобни, а общите части се почистват редовно.
Персоналът беше изключително любезен и винаги готов да помогне с информация и препоръки за града. Локацията е отлична – близо до центъра и до градски транспорт, което прави придвижването много лесно.
Атмосферата е приятелска и спокойна, подходяща както за кратък престой, така и за по-дълга почивка. Определено бих посетил това място отново и го препоръчвам на всеки, който търси комфорт и добро обслужване на достъпна цена!

- Check-in can be done at any time.
- Nice shared space with the minimum necessary for a comfortable stay.
- Rooms are private with locks for 2 people and 4 people.
- The hostel lacks any contacts to communicate before payment on Booking. No reception to ask for anything before payment.
- The staff in the form of the cleaning lady does not speak English, only Bulgarian.
- No washing machine, which is bad for a long stay.
- Booking claimed free wifi but it didn't work. Said they would fix it in a few days, but it is unknown how long this problem has been going on and whether the problem was fixed later in my stay.
- The central air conditioning is not the best. It was stuffy in the room.
- No bath slippers but that is more of a convenience.
- Started cleaning rooms and making a lot of noise after 8am when people are still catching up on sleep before the 11am checkout.
