Uncomfortable !

The "hotel" is located not far from the city center.

This is not a hotel in the classical sense. You need a lot of codes to reach your room. There is nobody at the reception to wait for you ! I received a message on WhatsApp in the last day about how to reach the "hotel" and how to enter the room. After a long trip with the car, I had to go to a different hotel to get more information from some people. I think that Booking.com should provide more information about this "hotel". If I knew all these things before I would not have select such a "hotel".

Great budget b&b

The b&b is located 2min walk to the bus station which made it easy to travel to airport as there are direct bus every hour. The room was spacious unfortunately the toilet seat was broken🤣 breakfast available too.

Was hard to find at 1st as located between kebab shops and has a buzzer system. We arrived early and had to contact and wait the guy was across road at another hotel. He was very quick and pleasant

Perfect for the train station

The location was superb for the train station. It was a short walk to restaurants and the old town. The room was very basic, but the bed was comfortable and we slept really well. Prior to our arrival we received full, easy instructions on how to gain entry to the property and our room. The breakfast was simple but suited us perfectly. The member of staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great little stop on our way through to Bergomo.

The room was dated and tired looking, but clean. It wasn't as good value for money as other places we stayed on our trip. We chose it for it's location and it worked well.

Adequate accomondation if you only want to stay one night

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room got cleaned daily.

Noise isolation of the rooms was completely missing, I had no problems hearing the other visitors talking in their own rooms. Light was coming through under the doors as well. The breakfast was a little dissapointing, because the selection was very small. Furthermore the breakfast started at 07:30 and because of my work in italy it wasn't really possible for me to eat the breakfast that late.

Location not perfect but otherwise very good.

The room was big, very secure and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. It is very good for the station and also for the historic part of town and the Metro.

Just the location; while it is good to be near the station many people congregate in the square outside and it could be noisy, especially (sine air conditioning not permitted by local commune at that time of year) as we had to keep the window open.

The staff was very friendly

I can hardly describe how strange this hotel is. It's like a wh*rehouse met the Ritz and made a dirty baby. Its insanely warm inside, way way way too much (I'm writing this review while it's still cold outside) we slept with the balcony door open and even then it was too hot. The bathroom needs decalcifying on every tab and the showerhead. And in general, it may need a full renovation. The bed...well sometimes you just have gotta close your eyes and be tired enough to sleep on a matras even Satan himself couldn't bare the smell off. The check-in is NUTS you have to walk to another building without elevator, and drag your stuff up to check-in to get a blinking code to go to another building with. And last but certainly not least: the bedroom door automatically locks with a lock that's difficult to open making it 1000% unsafe in case of a fire. Btw the bathroom door doesn't lock. Idk...if you need a cheap sleep close to the station, you'll live...but don't ruin your Holliday with this craphole.

Horror movie

Everything. Too loud. Breakfast is from 5 6 days ago, bread is like a stone. Although it says that check out is until 10:30 on Booking, in reality it is until 10 and the maid entered our room in 9:30, while we were on the mentioned breakfast, while our stuff was still in the room. The worst experience ever.

Great for the price, but not for everyone.

A great place if you, like us, do not have high expectations for cleanliness. Not that it was dirty, but it wasn't high-end. Staff was great and the facilities were amazing for the price we paid.

Hard to find out how to get into the building at first. Called the host and he just said "okay" and hung up. Thankfully, it was to send someone down to help me, but he didn't say anything about that. We spent a good five minutes confused. Despite this, everyone was so nice and I'm tossing this incident up to the language barrier.

Superb

Very spacious space, very clean within 2 minutes walk from the train station and walking distance to the main attractions. Huge private balcony with a swing. Cheap and a big breakfast buffet in the morning.

Not very clear check in information but the owner came within 10 min when we called him, explained everything and everything was fine.

I am celiac, I didnt advise the hostel about it, but they let me go its hotel next to the hostel to get gluten free breakfast.

The location is not good. It is in front of the bus station. The vibes werent great. At night, there were people sleeping next to the hostel door. I felt unsafe and unconfortable.

Location was good, right beside the train station and a 10 minute walk to the old town Booked a suite and it was very nice. WiFi was good.

Had to check in at the close by Hotel Christillo which was interesting as the receptionist had no English. Expensive for what you got

Nelielas grūtības radīja viesnīcas atrašana, reģistrācija notika ātri un personāls bija atsaucīgs un pretimnākošs. Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta, attiecībā pret autoostu, jo tā atradās 5 minūšu gājiena attālumā no viesnīcas. Blakus ap stūri ļoti labs ķīniešu restorāns (rīsu nūdeles ar jūras veltēm - 8 Eur), garšīgs ēdiens

Pas grand chose... La chambre était vaste mais mal fichue : escaliers pour descendre dans la chambre "parentale", escaliers pour monter à la chambre "enfant"

Très très "bof"... L'emplacement ne fait pas rêver... L'insonorisation est quasi inexistante ! Nous avions la vue sur une cour intérieure avec les poubelles d'un snack... Literies inconfortables. Propreté à revoir sérieusement ! 1 rouleau de papier toilette entamé pour 3 personnes.... Douche pas pratique : uniquement l'eau qui vient du dessus.... Mais on n'a pas toujours envie de se laver les cheveux... Pas de personnel puisqu'on accède par des codes.... Clim sur le palier donc on profite peu de la température. Le petit dej se prend ailleurs, dans un hôtel... Le buffet n'est vraiment pas terrible...
