The host was brilliant, very kind and considerate. We arrived late evening by train and he knew to look out for us and welcomed us just outside the property and made us feel very relaxed and happy to be there.

The location is excellent and the owner really nice! It was really quiet and safe and there's also a store near by. The room was spacious and it was really nice to have a fridge. Also the building and the little garden were pretty!

The room was quite cold and dark. There was all kinds of weird stuff around, which made the room messy - that and the stains. Everything was a bit broken. However, I did enjoy my stay and would choose this hotel again!

A hidden gem, would live here if I could!

Daniele was an absolutely fantastic and charming host, very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was far bigger than expected with more than enough space for our group. The kitchen was a good size and well lit, with a large window looking into the stunning courtyard. Bathroom was a good size and very clean. The location was great, very close to the bus and train stations, supermarkets and shops, but on a small quiet side street.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge/freezer and microwave, however there is not oven or stove top. Wasn't too much of an issue for us, but might make it difficult if you are staying longer and would like to cook.

really good location, friendly host who was very communicative, no nonsense simple

bed was a little uncomfortable, a bit cramped as the bedroom was basically the entry way and the living room but we didn’t mind as we didn’t spend much time in it

There was Smart TV, fridge, microwave, dishes, private patio. Very close to the center and railway as well. Landlord was also very helpful!

Cozy and authentic.

Very central. Host was very friendly and informative. The rooms were a bit quirky, but perfect for us. We loved the big kitchen and the view into the courtyard. Real Italy! Musical church elks added to the atmosphere.

No sink in the “kitchen”. The furniture was a potpourri of all kind of styles.

Discrepanza tra prenotazione e realtà

La posizione della struttura è ideale per chi vuole stare al centro città

Ho prenotato questa struttura perché su Booking risultava “appartamento intero”, ma in realtà si trattava di due stanze comunicanti, senza alcuna cucina o piano cottura. Viaggiando con la mia famiglia e tre bambini, di cui uno di 1 anno, per me era essenziale avere almeno una piastra o un piccolo angolo cottura per preparare il latte e scaldare gli omogeneizzati mattina e sera. L’unico modo per riscaldare il latte era un microonde posizionato nell’ingresso, con il portoncino dell’appartamento sempre aperto giorno e notte (anche a febbraio), situazione poco confortevole e poco sicura. Nella prenotazione risultavano letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale, ma all’arrivo erano presenti solo letti singoli, non unibili e con biancheria separata. Avendo un bambino piccolo che dorme ancora nel lettone, la presenza di almeno un matrimoniale era per noi fondamentale. I prodotti da bagno non erano monouso ma già utilizzati. Il bagno era privo di riscaldamento e quindi molto freddo. L’unico riscaldamento era in una sola camera da letto; l’altra stanza era di passaggio tra la prima camera e il bagno, risultando meno confortevole. Preciso che il fatto che l’appartamento non fosse ristrutturato o nuovo non rappresentava per me un problema. Tuttavia, diverse caratteristiche indicate nella prenotazione non corrispondevano alla realtà. Per alcuni può essere una soluzione di pernottamento adeguata, ma per la mia famiglia l’esperienza non è stata positiva, soprattutto per la discrepanza tra quanto descritto nell’annuncio e quanto effettivamente trovato.
